​After you have claimed your baggage please call +78127406714 (this is the number of the key-holder to your apartment) or, if you land during office hours (Mon/Fri - 9,30/1,30pm and 2,30/5,30pm), you may prefer calling to the main office (+39) 0648903612, for emergencies you may also want to try (+39) 340.8043994 . If you will be taking the train from the airport please call after you know the departure time of your train. To call, buy a phone card and tear off the top right corner before inserting it in the public phone.
Unless you've already indicated the information in the booking form, please provide your flight details so we can verify timely arrival of your flight.
It would be helpful if you could give us a mobile phone number at which you can be reached once you arrive.
If you want to make your own way, you'll be expected to call the key-holder before leaving the airport and find your way to the apartment's building. When you call, we will arrange to have either the landlord or our representative to wait for you at the apartment. It is important that if for any reason you need to change the meeting time you let us know immediately. 
Always have a photocopy of your passport with you which may be needed for check in procedures.
Please note: to avoid inconveniences for the check in appointment, it is very important that we know your arrival details possibly one month and no later then one week prior to your arrival.
FYI: Late or early check in may be of extra charge. Please consult. To be enquired if possible after midnight.
