1.5 minute walk from Piramide Cestia and from ancient Roman walls and ancient Roman S.Paul Gate of the Roman walls, well connected to all major areas in Rome by underground, tramway and buses and airport railway;
50sq.mts newly re-structured apartment set on the first floor without elevator (about 10 steps) in an area surrounded by ancient Roman monuments and consists of:
LIVING ROOM
with full sofa bed, table and chairs, bookshelves, tv, stereo, playstation, loft area with double bed and wardrobe, kitchen corner and glass door that is the entrance to the apartment;
BEDROOM
with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bookshelves, loft area with double bed and window on Via Giulietti;
KITCHEN CORNER
with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and window;
BATHROOM
with Jacuzzi shower, bidet and window.

Independent heating, air conditioning, tv, stereo, playstation, iron, hairdryer, no phone, no elevator, Iron and Ironing
Board, Hair Dryer, Dishes cutlery and cookware, Microwave oven, Digital television and radio, Extra pillows and blankets. Monthly possible.
Booking of  4 days minimum for Easter. Reservation of 5 days minimum and  5 persons maximum for christmas and new year.
PLEASE NOTE :
Minimum stay of 7 night from August 1st to September 18th.
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years to be paid in cash upon check in.

IMPORTANT For chirstmas holidays and new year's will be accepted groups of maximim 5 guests (only: adults over 40 years or families)

In the apartment you can get and enjoy a very fast WiFi

Se trata de un bonito apartamento, completamente reformado maravillosamente.
Es muy tranquilo, ya que no está expuesto al ruido del tráfico, incluso si uno de los lados con vistas a ella.
Se compone de dos habitaciones con dos lofts, un elegante baño con ducha de hidromasaje, una zona de cocina totalmente equipada.
Dispone de calefacción y aire acondicionado.
Totalmente amueblado. También está el microondas, la televisión, la plancha, tabla de planchar, radio digital y secador de pelo.
Una WiFi muy rápido y profesional se ha instalado en el interior del apartamento.
Se encuentra ubicado en el centro de Roma, la Pirámide de Cayo Cestio, desde donde se puede llegar al Coliseo a pie en 10 minutos y luego volver cómodamente en el metro.
Es, de hecho, se encuentra en frente de la estación de metro y el metro a la localidad costera de Ostia, autobús y autobús de la noche, y junto a la parada de tren y del tren al aeropuerto de Fiumicino.
En adiciones al precio de la vivienda en su llegada se tiene que pagar el impuesto de la ciudad de Roma, que consta de dos euros por día por persona.

En adiciones al precio de la vivienda en su llegada se debe pagar el impuesto a la ciudad de Roma, que consta de dos euros por persona por día.
