We had a very pleasant time in Paris - the appartment is perfect to explore Paris.

Very nice, comfortable apartment in a good location, close to nice shops.
The good: very roomy, quiet (the bedroom window that opens onto street is double pane, and the street is quiet), the heat worked well, the shower was nice, the bed in the large bedroom was comfy (we didn't use the small bedroom), the kitchen counter/stools were handy, lots of storage space and electrical outlets (way more than we needed).. Marche de Enfant Rouge, Franprix market and good cheese and produce shops very close, Metro station not far, easy walk to Pompidou Center and Les Halles area. Local contact Maria was friendly and helpful and resolved a couple of minor issues promptly.
The odd: lots of light switches (closet lights, hall lights, two in tiny WC etc.). Not bad, but sometimes confusing. Stairs are in good repair but a bit unlevel (like a lot of older staircases) - not a problem unless you have balance issues. Wine cooler light would switch on when door was bumped, and would stay on for unpredictable amount of time.
If you have more than two people, there is not a lot of comfy seating in the living/dining area (just the couch thing).
Overall we were very happy with it.

Perfect location, quite street in a very central area. Short walk from many attractions. Also very spacious accommodation, particularly for Paris. Apartment has full amenities so you can cook, clean etc. Really makes you feel at home.

Lovely apartment in a very good location. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a park, shopping all within walking distance. Very calm no noises at all. Highly recommend

L’appartement est parfaitement situé, dans un quartier magnifique et bien vivant. Les autres habitants de l’immeuble sont très gentils, calmes et respectueux. Pas de bruit, beaucoup de lumière, notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé!
