Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one double with TV, air conditioning, hair dryer. Guests have at their disposal two bathrooms. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to eat breakfast and meals in the house, electric kettle and moka coffee maker, electric oven and microwave, the stove is gas.There is central heating. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be turned intoan extra bed, television and a table. Some furnishings were recently replaced and are not visible in the photos.
In the summer you can comfortably relax on the large terrace which completes the apartment.
You are just steps from the new meter square B1 Conca d'Oro and about 800 mt. FM1train stop that connects you to Fiumicino airport to Trastevere and there are also buses to Termini and historical center
You are in District Montesacro where you can visit the remains of the bridge Tazio, but also the mausoleum of Santa constancy and the catacombs of Santa Priscilla over the beautiful Villa Ada that are within a few kilometers.
Shops, banks, restaurants at, bars, pubs, clubs, horseback riding are under the house.
