A localização é sensacional! O anfitrião me recebeu muito bem e foi atencioso todo o tempo. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar com ele.

Olá. Eu acrescentaria mais itens básicos na cozinha. Detergente, sabão, pano para limpar o fogão. Ainda, a chaleira estava cheia de alguma coisa branca que parecia tinta, foi impossível usar. No mais, estava tudo muito bom. Até uma próxima! Abraço

이번 여행동안 제가 묵었던 숙소 중 최고의 숙소였어요. 체크인할때 숙소 내 시설과 모든 것들에 대해 자세히 설명을 해주셔서 다시 물어봐야할 필요도 없었고 편했습니다. 가장 좋았던 건 숙소 위치인데 걸어서 바티칸, 나보나광장, 판테온, 트레비분수 등등 모두 가기 좋은 위치고 조금 멀어도 버스타고 가기 좋았어요. 무엇보다 숙소 앞 작은 골목 분위기가 좋았고 바로 옆에있는 나보나광장이 밤에 분위기가 너무 좋아서 밤마실 나가기 최고였어요. 다음에 로마에 또 오게 된다면 무조건 여기에 묵을 것 같아요. 감사했습니다

The stay was very pleasant thanks to the great host! He is very helpful and informative about the apartment and the check in process and he really goes out of his way to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. I recommend with all my heart!!!

Guglielmo is a GREAT host, very good communication and very responsive to your needs.

Thank you for all your assistance, you are a great host. A great apartment in a great location. Your cleaning crew needs to do a much better job in the kitchen, I was generous with four stars, Fran wanted less. The coffee cups were stained and dirty, they needed to be scrubbed before use. The upper cabinet shelves are greasy and sticky and contain insect fract, we pulled down items for use and insect debris was sticking to the bottom of them, not nice! I gave you glowing reviews on everything else as you deserved. Get rid of the peeling paint in the shower. Throw the iron away, it is very dangerous with bare wire currently exposed. The hair dryer runs for about 30 seconds and then dies. Again thank you for being a great host and assisting us when needed.

Great apartment right in the centre of Rome, walkable distance everywhere, on a street with plenty of places to eat and lots of other things to do. Guglielmo our host was super responsive , attentive and friendly. The apartment is exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Very pleased with my stay there. Highly recommended

Best place to stay in Rome! Location was perfect, me and my friends walked everywhere and there were lots of restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly. Highly recommend this place ❤️ Clean and spacious appartment

We had a pleasant stay here. We loved the location of the apartment, very central. It's in a cute - but busy - street. The host was kind and made sure everything was ok. We had everything we needed (like blow dryer, water kettle etc.). Air conditioning works really well. The apartment itself is pretty basic, might need a little touch up.

Wonderful location, central to everything! The host and key holder were extremely helpful and communicative. It’s not a “fancy” place but it had everything I needed for a cozy, comfortable stay.

I loved the cozy feeling, the location and communication (Iryna was so helpful and your tips were much appreciated, as well)! I was disappointed that a steep fee, in my opinion, was added on for cleaning and service which made the cost much higher than I originally expected, which also increased my expectations about the cleanliness. Suggestions: clean sponges and towels for the kitchen and the bathroom (it was difficult to distinguish if the hand towels were clean or not). I wished the bed blanket did not have stains and that the shower would drain properly. I had to turn it off repeatedly to wait for it to empty before finishing my shower.
