Casa Rovai House is located in the heart of the historical center, in Via Fiesole, between Santa Croce and the Duomo, on the second floor of a historic building (no elevator).

The house belongs to our family for over a century, but only in 2015 has become a stop for tourists from all parts of the world.

It is said that in the time of Dante, via Fiesolana was the ancient road leading to Fiesole, located just inside the second circle of walls.

A few minutes walk you can reach the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens and Piazzale Michelangelo.

Advance payment: 35% of the total price, the remaining 65% can be paid at the reception

Extra, is required on arrival at the reception:

Expenses of final cleaning € 50 (80€ in july and august)

Tourist tax, 3 euro per person per night

Garage "on requeste" will cost 25 euro per night.

Check-in and check-out:

The rooms are normally ready after 13, for those who decide to arrive early in the morning we can still check in and leave the keys directly, you can leave your bags with us.

The check-out is required no later than the hours 11am, kindly ask you to respect the time in order not to cause delays in the delivery room of the next guests.

The luggage room for the departure day is free, we will request the delivery of the room key and release the keys necessary to return to take the luggage. We inform our guests that do not have a common toilet for guests.

Air conditioning (summer):

Use of air conditioning is manageable at its discretion via the remote control. Heating (winter):
