Thanks for your feedback! We're so sorry about the shower curtain we'll replace it immediately. Very sorry the cleaners didn't make the bed, this shouldn't happen but it may, when the laundry service doesn't coordinate well with the cleaning service. Remember that our office is just around the corner, just give us a call next time and we'll immediately send somebody to fix the problem.

Apartment is excellent located in a very nice area of Rome. Easy to travel by subway, walk to colloseum, take the hop on /hop off bus.
Apartment is OK to stay with 5 persons. Only 1 bathroom available. Furniture is a bit old. Lots of restaurants do go for a very nice italian dinner.

Location: excellent; within 20-25 min walking you can reach any historical sites and other interesting spots.
As we enjoy walking, we actually didn't use metro except to reach Vatican. If you prefer to use metro note that the apartment is located close to two metro stations (Termini and Cavour). The apartment is situated in the small street away from heavy traffic.
In the apartment all the amenities were great, apartment itself is very comfortable, also kitchen was very well equipped. Our host Vito met as at the apartment and was very helpful showing us everything and provided us with lot of useful information.
When we decide to visit Rome next time, we will book this apartment for sure.

great apartment and top central located. Just 2 minutes to walk to campo de fiori with all the bars and restaurants. The apartment is 1:1 as pictured in the internet and very clean. I can recommend this apartment 100 % and you will have a perfect stay in a incredible city!!!

The House situated good. Near from House the big food markt.
To the center of Rom with a Tram about 10 minutes.
WLAN, modern big TV are available. For such big city as a Rom it is a good place to stay. Very friendly Housekeeper.

The apartment is located into an ancient church's building, the owner is an antique dealer, so if charm is what you're looking for you found it.
The location is the best possible in Rome ancient center (via giulia).
Drawbacks: I found it rather dark to be frank and for sure it's no good for children or people with mobility issues since there are stairs etc.
All in all I recommend it

Il manque des chaises, des verres et des couverts si l'on veut dîner à 10.
manque de clarté sur les frais d'arrivée tardve : nous avons du payer 10€ en + des 30€ prévus initialement, sans aucune raison. et aussi manque de clarté sur l'horaire et les conditions de check-out...
En bref, à recommander pour une courte durée, où l'on passe peu de temps à l'appartement et attention aux problèmes de communication avec la propriétaire...

Merci pour vos commentaires. Je vais vérifier l'équippement de l'appartement et remplacé ce qu'il manque. L'appartement possède 1 salle de bain avec wc et un cabinet de toilette séparé. Je suis navré du malentendu avec la personne qui vous a accueilli, et je vais vous envoyé le remboursement de 10 euros que vous avez règlé en trop. Je vais m'assurer également que ce problème ne se répète pas.

I really enjoyed my stay - the appartment is delightful and very quiet. There was everything I needed to enjoy my break and local transport is excellent

The location of the apartment is very good and the apartment itself is huge, with large french windows. It could do with a little maintenance on the shower though, and some of the floor tiles are loose.
There are 69 steps up the apartment, something I certainly didn't comprehend when it said it was on the fourth floor, but it wouldn't put me off booking.

l'appartement est un peu loin du centre historique, mais entre le tram et le bus ça va. Il est agréable, calme, sa terrasse est un petit bonheur après avoir arpenté les rues toute la journée. par contre nous avons du refaire toute la vaisselle qui n'était vraiment pas propre. Je pense que ce petit point négatif peut être facilement arrangé.

The apartment is well furnished and superbly located a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. Even late at night it is convenient to reach due to its close proximity to Termini. Unlike the common perception the location of this apartment is safe. There is a supermarket closeby which helped. The point going in favour of this apartment is that the owner lives there too hence all amenities and furnishings are great. The building has an elevator hence you need not lug your bags up. Good value for money.
This is an ideal location for exploring the city sights :). Clean, nice and comfortable. Very nice owner. Happy tourists from Poland.
The apartment was very convenient and comfortable for the three of us. The decor was lovely and exactly as pictured in the photos. A little noisy with traffic but not bad. When we arrived it felt damp and there was a musty smell but we left the door open for the evening and sprayed under the kitchen sink with disinfectant and then it seemed fine after that. The WiFi is very good and the fluorescent lights in the window make it look like sunshine even if there is not much natural light coming in the window. We appreciated Paola's efforts in locating the apartment and the owner making it available on short notice.
Plus: Location was very good, steps to metro, bakeries and grocery stores, we also walked to many places. Nearby park and playground handy for kids. Quiet and safe. Michelle was very nice and helpful. A bit of a tight fit for 3 but would have been fine for 2. Don't plan on using the laundry machine unless absolutely necessary since clothes take 3 days to dry. Only cons were the staircase and pretty bad mold in the bathroom. Also TV did not work very well, fortunately there is wireless so you can watch shows on your computer instead. Might consider it again but not definitely.
Ce as putea sa spun despre apartament? Este situat la 10 minute de Colosseum deci foarte aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice si de statii de autobuz si metrou.. Este un apartament excelent pentru trei cupluri cum am fost noi. Am gasit o curatenie exemplara si niste gazde nemaipomenite. Ne-au intampinat cu prajituri si vin si ne-au explicat clar cum sa ajungem la diferite obiective si ne-au recomandat cateva restaurante din apropiere. Deci a fost o vacanta la Roma asa cum ne-am dorit iar apartamentul il recomand din toata inima.

This was our second stay here. It is in a perfect location: within 15 minutes of the Vatican, the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Campo di Fiore. Also, it is very quiet. The host is very attentive and responsive to our needs. Finally, the view from the roof top terrace is lovely.

Absolutely perfect. Amazing. Would live there if I could. Cities Reference made everything so easy and Michelle was delightful and so helpful. Can't wait to return.
The apartment was amazing and just what we were looking for. It was also a very good rate for our group. The owner was very nice and helpful. Perfect location and awesome balcony. I would highly reccommend this aprtment to anyone looking for a great place to stay while seeing Rome, it made our trip great.
We had booked this apartment because I needed an elevator but unfortunately when we arrived the elevator was not working and so we had to find another apartment. According to my friends who did go up to the apartment to use the internet, the apartment is not as shiny and new as depicted in the photos. However, Paola was very helpful in finding us another apartment that was accessible and located nearby so we were able to get started on our holiday as planned.
Świetny apartament za bardzo rozsądną cenę. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony w urządzenia codziennego użytku. Wszystko, co konieczne do krótkiego pobytu lub wakacji jest dostępne, tzn. kuchnia z wyposażeniem, łazienka z prysznicem i pralką, lodówka i klimatyzacja. Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum starego Rzymu, 10 min. wolnym spacerem do Colloseum, 5 min. do metra i dostęp do sklepów na tej samej ulicy. Rewelacyjny kontakt z właścicielką Ms. Ludvinią. Zdecydowanie polecam i sam ponownie zamierzam zatrzymać się właśnie tam w Rzymie.
Best apartment for a very reasonable price. Very well equipped with appliances. Everything you need for a short stay or holiday is available, ie, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, refrigerator and air conditioning. Great location in the heart of old Rome, 10 min. slow walk to the Colosseum, 5 minutes to subway and access to shops on the same street. Love the contact with the owner Ms. Lavinia. I would definitely recommend, and if I came again I'm going to stay right there in Rome.
Nice appartments, good location. Two bathrooms, only one functional-smaller one. Problem with hot water, partionaly solved. Good equipted, clean and safe, but bit noisy.
Close to the agency, they were kind to keep our suitcases on the last day after check out.
Only negative thing was the moment when we arrived, which made bad impresion at arrival: agency sent one person to give us the keys. That person wanted to charge us extra money for being late, whereas we were not. We refused to pay and reported that to the agency. Agency appologized for this incident. Contac with agency was good.

Le plus: Très bon accueil, appartement très calme. Très bien situé à Rome.
Le moins:
• Pas recommandé pour des familles, car pas possible d'utiliser la cuisine, (le table électrice était en panne..) et il n’y avait peu des ustensiles
• Odeur venant du salle de bains est toujours là.
• Nettoyage: la salle de bains et les mur dans la chambre avait des traces d'autres locataires (traces de vomi sur le mur... Toilette pas 100% nettoyé..).Pas des produits d’entretien dans l’appartement, ni papier de toilette

O problema foi o gerente - Sr Jean: pessoa de dificil trato, não respondeu nossos e-mails e não atendeu nossas ligações. Nos fez perder 2 dias da viagem (pois o contrato previa mudança do apartamento 5 para o 3, no dia 3/5. Como o check-out é as 11hs e o check-in as 14Hs, ficamos esperando até as 15 horas e ele não apareceu. Também perdemos o dia 4/5 já que pensamos que haviam se confundido nas datas, pois quem nos recebeu na chegada tinha a informação de que a mudança do apartamento seria no dia 4 (não atendeu nossas ligações/e-mails).
Fomos ignorados nos nossos contatos. No dia da saída, 11 horas em ponto o Gerente bateu à porta - solicitamos mais uma hora devido ao bebe de 9 meses que estava conosco. Permitiu, mas depois, queríamos que pagássemos por essa hora à mais, ignorando que nos tinha feito perder 2 dias para a mudança de ap, que por fim não aconteceu - ficamos no apartamento 5 (3º andar) por todo o período , tendo que subir constantemente 2 lances de escada com o carrinho de bebe e o bebe.

Het is geen 4 persoonsappartement. Het is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en en 1 kind. De bedbank is waardeloos en er komt te veel licht in het vertrek waar de bedbank staat. We hebben ons tweede kind in onze slaapkamer op de kussens van de bedbank laten slapen.
Excellente situation, propriétaires charmants et très accueillants. A notez le double vitrage qui protège sans aucun problème du bruit de la place campo dei fiori. l'appartement est très cosy, extrêmement propre et très agréable à vivre.
Two of us stayed here for four months while studying in Rome. The apartment was exactly as advertized and was conveniently located and easy to walk to many sites. It was also near multiple bus stations and taxi stands. The owner was extremely helpful and could be easily contacted in case of any issue. Although it is a little noisy outside from restaurants, the owner was measuring to redo the windows to make it more insulated, but the noise wasn't bothersome.
The location is excellent, just down the street from the Cavour metro station. Also, the neighborhood is fun, a lot of small restaurants...a true Italian experience. I appreciated the information the apartment owner left for us of stores, restaurants, etc., in the neighborhood. Also, we enjoyed sitting on the top floor terrace. It would have been nice if the apartment owner had left us matches to light the stove. Also other nice amenities would have been a hair dryer, bottle opener...items travelers don't usually travel with. Finally, it was VERY difficult to unlock both the front door of the building and the apartment door.
We stayed at Martina's cozy apartment in Rome in late April 2012. It is conveniently located near Via del Corso which is home to perhaps the most refined boutiques and shops in Rome. Yet, the apartment is tucked away away from traffic and noise, overlooking an historic buildingi. The apartment is impecably clean and conveniently equiped with a full kitchen and utensils. A comfortable double bed is cozily made up in a loft overlooking the spacious living room. There is wifi to keep you connected and even a lcd tv with many dvd movies, though you probably will be out and about so much, you'll (hopefully) never have time to watch. There are many enjoyable restaurants nearby and most of the major sites are a brisk walk away, or an easy bus ride. Martina's apartment is an excellent value in a part of Rome that has many pricey hotels. When you stay there you feel that you have your own personal pied a tierre in the city. thanks Martina!
My wife and I stayed 10 days in this apartment. Although we found the apartment itself a little tired and the furniture in need of upgrading, it was clean and adequately supplied with things like pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, etc. It was also quite roomy and the windows kept the noise from the street out so was quiet, especially at night. My wife hated the shower set-up (handheld shower in the deep bathtub but no shower curtain.) This apartment's best feature is the wonderful neighborhood in which it sits: loads of excellent and affordable restaurants and bars, some funky little stores, a very friendly and well-stocked grocery stores a block or two north of the apartment. The train station, the Colosseum and the Forum were each about 600m from the apartment and the Cavour Metro station was about a 2 minute walk (buy a four or seven day transit pass for unlimited bus, Metro and tram travel - the best bargain in Rome.)

She was amazing and I'd like to take this opportunity to publically acknowledge her outstanding performance.
I would like to suggest that the owner consider some other form of payment than cash. This was a big nuisance for us since it meant we had to carry a wad of extra cash along with us during the first week of our holiday when we were in Barcelona. Credit card or bank draft would have been much safer and more convenient for us.

The apartment was perfect for my stay in Rome. It was in a great location and the apartment was a perfect size. The balcony out of the living room was wonderful for eating breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. The rooftop terrace is nice but could use some furniture so that you could enjoy the wonderful view of the city.
I will definately consider renting the apartment again on my next trip to Rome.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour à Rome. Nous avons aimé:
- l'emplacement: central + marché très sympa.
- l'accueil des propriétaires: très gentils, ils nous ont donné des conseils pour notre séjour, se sont montrés très disponibles: si nous avions le moindre soucis, nous pouvions les joindre par téléphone.
- l'appartement très agréable et très propre avec une vraie terrasse donnant un vue imprenable sur la place.
- machine à laver + accés internet.
La seule critique qui n'en ai pas vraiment une: la place est très vivante (bar + marché) ce qui fait qu'il y a avait un peu de bruit (mais il y a des doubles vitrages). Mais nous le savions et c'est évident quand on est sur une des places les plus animées de Rome.
On recommande fortement cet endroit.

This place is truly a fantastic location. And the owner Andrea was really nice as well. He even under-charged us a few bucks cash for the week so as not to break a larger bill, I really appreciate it when people are so accomodating like that! My husband and I would not have been able to afford to stay right in the heart of central Rome at a hotel, so we were fortunate to have the apt option. 15 minute walk to Ancient Rome, 10 minute walk to the Vatican, and less than 5 minutes to Piazza Navona. Apt was clean, very safe and secure, air conditioning worked well. We saved money on drinks by buying pop and water at the local grocery store and keeping them cold in our fridge. We did not really utilize the kitchen. There is no wi-fi access but fantastic restaurants are a stone's throw-away and they do have wi-fi for a quick email check. We did use the washer to freshen our clothes on our 2 week journey through Italy. My only constructive criticisms would be to have more towels on hand (the owner did change them for us mid-week) and to perhaps have a fresh soap container on hand for each new guest. My husband and I had a hard time in the European style tub too but I chalk that up to our American comforts. Overall, a great week. I would highly recommend for two people who can go with the flow and want to be in the thick of it all in Rome.
Gute Lage, da über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut angebunden, viele Ziel per Fuß erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig, da zu Innenhof gelegen, daher aber auch ein wenig dunkel. Ungewöhnlicher zuschnitt mit viel Verkehrsfläche, aber modern und neu sowie praktisch eingerichtet. Vermietrerin ist sehr bemüht und hilfreich. Sptonsattempsehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
The apartment is quiet and situated not far from subway. We were with 1 year old child and the only minus was that, there is no elevator. Going up after whole day of walking was a little bit tiring.

Hej spędziliśmy tam miłe chwile, gospodarze są super - pomogą, poradzą i w razie co napewno też uratują :-), mieszkanie czyściuteńkie, wyposażone po sam czubek: żelazka, okurzacze, miski, sokowirówki, suszarki, patelnie, kieliszki, kieliszeczki - ja w domu nie mam tyle sprzętów, bardzo dobra komunikacja - nie trzeba się stresować zawsze się dojedzie, sklepik też niedaleko (nawet w niedziele warzywniak czynny niedaleko) - naprzeciw sklepiku jest targ w określone dni w tygodniu, ale nie wiem w jakie - warto wiedzieć kiedy :-) łóżko w living roomie takie że mnie kręgosłup wogóle nie bolał - ale ja wolę moje miękie w domu :-) minusik za brak widoku z okna i brak np. tarasu oraz klimat dzielnicy - która jest bezpieczna i czysta - ale ma charakter "urbanistyczny" i spacer po okolicy chyba nie ma większego sensu.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock an der viel befahrenen Via Labicana. Vor dem Haus ist eine Bus/Straßenbahn-Haltestelle. Wenn die Fenster in den beiden vorderen Zimmern offen sind, ist es ziemlich laut. Schließt man die Fenster, ist der Lärm aber nahezu vollständig weggeschluckt. Das dritte, zum Hof/Lichtschacht gelegene Zimmer ist dagegen auch bei offenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Der Essplatz im schmalen Flur ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, wir haben, da zu viert, einen runden Tisch an eines der Fenster gestellt.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt sauber.
Geschirr und Besteck sind so reichlich vorhanden, dass die Geschirrsspülmaschine auch sinnvoll genutzt werden kann. Das Kochgeschirr ist vielfältig, mit Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Sandwichtoaster lassen sich die Mahlzeiten bequem zubereiten.
Sehr begrüßt haben wir, dass eingewisses Minimum an Vorräten (Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Öl, Essig, Spül-Tabs) vorhanden war.
Die Betreuerin der Wohnung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie hatte uns zur Begrüßung einen sehr wohlschmeckenden Kuchen gebacken und stellte sogar eine Flasche Wein dazu!
Wir waren von der Wohnung sehr angetan. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage (max. 10 min bis zum Colosseum, 5 min zur Laterankirche, 3 min zur Metrostation) hat sie sehr zum Erfolg unseres Romaufenthalts beigetragen.
Tipp: Da die Informationen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht so einfach überall aushängen oder erhältlich sind, sollte man sich - wenn man die Stadt noch nicht näher kennt - frühzeitig um Liniennetz und Fahrpläne kümmern, damit die Haltestelle vor dem Haus auch optimal genutzt werden kann.

The condition of the beds was unacceptable. The master bedroom's mattress was possibly decades old, hard, lumpy and thin (so much so that the wooden slats of the bed base could be felt beneath it); my partner and I both experienced very stiff backs from how uncomfortable it was. Further, the mattress was totally unhygenic; it was covered in stains, including several that were almosty certainly semen stains (we took photos), as was the mattress cover. No top sheet was provided.
The condition of the mattresses in the second bedroom was only marginally better; also stained and thin, such that an adult of more than around 55kg would be extremely uncomfortable.
In addition, the sponges in the kitchen were filthy, one of the bar stools was broken, the bath tub had a greasy film, and the toilet only flushed sporadically.
We were extremely disappointed. Not good value or comfort.
