This balcony terrace condo was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking for on our romantic trip to Rome for a week. There is an absolutely beautiful sunrise and set over the surrounding rooftops as well as ample space to relax and take in the views from the balcony area. The restaurants surrounding the accommodations were also fantastic and the sandwich shop under the building let us take their plates and silverware upstairs to eat on the balcony and drop off to them later. There are several bus lines that are close by if you are looking to travel deeper into or out of the city. The central location between the pantheon and the Vatican was also fantastic and allowed us to walk around the city easily.

After travelling around all Sicilia, we couldn't have imagine better place to stay and better host for his welcome approach !! The junior house is to be recommended for the way it has been architecturized, for its wonderfull terrace with unique view on the garden and in its landscape of Vendicari Reserve and sea. This home allows connection to a natural environement, and the equipments are top: swiming pool, the shack in the trees & hammocks. All the nice beaches are close and Noto and Syracuse as well !! Actually, we missed it yet :-) Thanks again Guglielmo !!

Excellent location and the building was extremely safe and secure! We loved our stay!

Our only issue was not having enough toilet paper for the length of stay. We went and bought more and left the extra paper. It also would have been helpful to have a working dryer. We know you said it was questionable, but we packed accordingly and needed the ability to do laundry. We only packed in a carry on to make it easier to travel the country. Otherwise, it was fabulous!

Olá. Eu acrescentaria mais itens básicos na cozinha. Detergente, sabão, pano para limpar o fogão. Ainda, a chaleira estava cheia de alguma coisa branca que parecia tinta, foi impossível usar. No mais, estava tudo muito bom. Até uma próxima! Abraço

Apartamento muito bem localizado e agradável. A rua não tem muito barulho e as janelas isolam bem o som, não incomodando. A cozinha não é excepcional, mas atende bem para uma estadia curta. O andar é alto, então não vá se tiver dificuldade de locomoção. Tem uma cadeira de apoio para subas escadas, mas não sei se seu uso é livre. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá.

Lugar muito agradável. Como melhoria poderia ter alguns utensílios a mais na cozinha e, talvez, um microondas. Mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia em Roma. Obrigado!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable and cozy. We also really appreciated that there was access to a rooftop terrace. We enjoyed having wine up there in the evening. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We arrived early in the morning and were able to store our bags until it was time to check in so that we could walk around. The location is wonderful. Not only is it right in the heart of Trastevere with several restaurants just steps away, but it’s also very close to one of the bridges that takes you to the other side of the city. Overall, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!


The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working, which wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t need it since it was cool at night. But just wanted to let you know! Other than that, everything was great!

Le logement est très bien situé, il permet de visiter presque toute la ville à pieds (Colisée, Vatican…). La terrasse est très appréciable ! La localisation permet d’avoir accès à un grand nombre de restaurants sur la place mais occasionne du bruit durant la soirée. L’appartement a beaucoup de potentiel mais la salle de bain et la cuisine mériteraient un rafraîchissement.

Bonjour, Nous avons remarqué plusieurs choses qui pourraient améliorer le séjour : Cuisine : ajouter une casserole avec un manche, ajouter des verres classiques et des verres à vin, la peinture de la porte du tiroir des poubelles est à refaire Salle de bain : changer/nettoyer l’antidérapant de la baignoire, changer la porte pour que l’on puisse l’ouvrir dans la nuit sans faire de bruit et réveiller le co-hôte. Autre : proposer 2 jeux de clés Merci pour le séjour!

Die Unterkunft ist in traumhafter Lage und innen wie außen wunderschön. Man kann zu Fuß überall hin, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir hatten wine super schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken!

Vill du maxa dagarna i Rom med promenadavstånd till i stort sett allt - då kan du inte bo bättre!! Ca 2km till alla stora sevärdheter! Området är magiskt m charmigt torg runt hörnet och flera mycket bra restauranger att välja på!! Vi fick ett personligt välkomnande av Guglielmo när vi kom med tydlig genomgång av allt i lägenheten. Vi var 5 vuxna o alla hade bra separata sovrum! 2 toaletter. Terrassen på taket ger extra guldkant - lite prosecco o kallskuret där kan ju bara bli TopNoch betyg!! Rekommenderar varmt detta boende!

Tack snälla för magiska dagar!! Vi kommer varmt rekommendera dig som värd o detta boende! Du gav oss ett otroligt trevligt och proffsigt bemötande!! Terrassen var underbar men den skulle behöva skuras o växterna ses över. En liten loungegrupp med soffa hade förgyllt den ytterligare! Men detta är bara bonus! Duschen luktar lite mögel. We loved our stay in this apartment. Everything was very easy to get to and we found it perfectly equipped for a week's stay. You have your pick of great restaurants and bars nearby, historic centre, Trastevere and many other areas all very reachable on foot. After walking all over the city it felt like a lovely little retreat and was surprisingly quiet at night for such a central location.

El apartamento estaba en una zona inigualable. Se llega fácilmente caminando a muchas atracciones históricas, y cerca de paradas de bus. A 1 cuadra de via Nazionale y a 12 minutos de la terminal termini. Iryna fue muy amable en todo. El secador de pelo estaba roto y al otro día lo repuso. Siempre al pendiente de nuestra comodidad. Nos alojamos 3 personas y nos resulto muy cómodo. Muy recomendable el alojamiento

This was a good apartment rental. Everything I needed and always got a parking space for my motobike. Easy walking distance to some restaurants and bars. Live music in the nearby square every night. I would stay here again.

Great location. And apartment was clean but basic. The bathroom was new and very nice. But the apartment lacked by being untidy with lots of unneeded things. Like open, used food items, wires and cables lying around etc. And the balcony could have been so much nicer without lots of dirty pots and tools, ladder and broken things. The table on the balcony was very wobbly and a chair was broken and dangerous. The whole balcony area needs a good clean up.

이번 여행동안 제가 묵었던 숙소 중 최고의 숙소였어요. 체크인할때 숙소 내 시설과 모든 것들에 대해 자세히 설명을 해주셔서 다시 물어봐야할 필요도 없었고 편했습니다. 가장 좋았던 건 숙소 위치인데 걸어서 바티칸, 나보나광장, 판테온, 트레비분수 등등 모두 가기 좋은 위치고 조금 멀어도 버스타고 가기 좋았어요. 무엇보다 숙소 앞 작은 골목 분위기가 좋았고 바로 옆에있는 나보나광장이 밤에 분위기가 너무 좋아서 밤마실 나가기 최고였어요. 다음에 로마에 또 오게 된다면 무조건 여기에 묵을 것 같아요. 감사했습니다

Highly recommend! From the moment we entered this spacious, bright, and airy apartment we knew we had chosen well. The panoramic views from the windows welcomed us immediately; the modern kitchen, large shower, and washer were so handy. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and close to bus/metro stops. The Termini is moments away by foot, but a leisurely 20 minute walk in any direction gets you where you're going locally., great for us older travelers. A favorite feature: proximity to the papal basilica Santa Maria Maggiore which will dominate your view from the windows. Take a tour. Also, the daily market downstairs is a most convenient way to obtain the freshest of meats, cheeses, fruit and veg. Supermarkets for staples are moments away. Restaurants abound, our favorite nearby was Ristorante Tema. Friendly staff, delicious meals, and a delightful offer of limoncello or cherry brandy as an aperitif. Kudos to Guglielmo and Iryna for their assistance!

I would suggest are new bed pillows, the ones provided have passed their expiration date, and we never found a place to purchase new ones. Also, you mentioned there was a microwave. We never saw it but lived without it easily. Less easy to live without was the promised bath tub that the advertisement listed. I understand now that the new shower replaced it, but it was still a disappointment. Probably 75% of the reason we chose via Cesare Balbo, 6 was because it advertised an actual tub. I'm old and creature comforts are important. All is good, however. I had a long soak in my own on arrival home last night, and my pillow greeted me warmly! I think reviewing and fine-tuning the ad will resolve any issues.

We, a family with a 3.5-year-old child, had an incredible stay. Guglielmo was exceptionally helpful with everything. We spent a lot of time on the property, reveling in the serene natural surroundings, the pool, and the stunning views. This place is truly spectacular! The simple yet spacious architecture was especially nice for my taller husband ;) We can't recommend it and the surrounding area enough. If you're searching for breathtaking nature within a nature reserve, you've found your spot!
