Mooi appartement onlangs gerenoveerd in het hart van Parijs in het midden van de meest chique wijken van de hoofdstad., Gelegen op de 3e verdieping met een lift 2mn. lopen naar de mooiste laan ter wereld: de Champs-Elysees. Deze zeer mooie, elegante en rustige appartement is smaakvol ingericht met 18e-eeuws meubilair en zullen u een comfortabel en ontspannen verblijf in Parijs. Het gebouw is goed onderhouden, de veiligheid-gecontroleerde toegang heeft, het appartement heeft een volledig uitgeruste en gemoderniseerd gloednieuwe keuken. Een zeer comfortabele queen-size bed en een extra luxe queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer room.Internet ADSL en WiFi-toegang in alle vlak, TV Philips LCD (flatscreen) via de kabel met meer dan 200 kanalen in het Frans, Engels, Spaans , Duits, Arabisch, Russisch RAI, CNBC, Sky News, TVE, GloboTV, Bloomberg, DW TV, enz.

We had the immense pleasure of staying at this elegant, yet comfortable, apartment and wish we could have stayed longer. Our host, Joseph, has created an opulent, truly French home, decorated with impeccable taste and no detail has been overlooked. From the velvet drapes, to the antiques scattered everywhere, to the gold framed paintings and French prints, to the beautiful tile in the bathrooms, to the designer kitchen (fully stocked!!), and even umbrellas for our use, Joseph thought of everything. This apartment immerses you in traditional French style. It is exactly as pictured, but even better. C'est magnifique! I would stay here again and again. It was ideally situated one block from the Metro, but didn't really need it as so much was walking distance and in a lovely neighborhood. Joseph took the time to acquaint us with everything and made several recommendations as well, plus checked in with us midway through our stay (nice touch!). He also was our hero when I left one of my pieces of luggage behind and personally saw to it that it was delivered on time to the airport in time for our flight. We were in good hands and stayed in luxury. Forget the tiny hotel rooms... this is the place!!! I wish we didn't have to leave.

I selected this apartment based on location, photos and reviews and was not disappointed. Joseph, promptly met my family and myself at the apartment. We were very impressed with the Parisian decororations, you automatically know you are part of Paris when you enter the tasteful and authentically decorated historical apartment. The location is safe, close to many sites, stores and restaurants. Apartment was true to the posted photos. My family was extremely impressed with Joseph. Being Parisian, he is extremely knowledgeable about Paris and was very helpful with recommendations for tours and additionally making arrangements for anything you desire. We loved talking to Joseph, his French accent, humor, and kindness was appreciated by the entire family. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Joseph for helping to make our holiday magnificent! We will miss Paris and you. We must return...

As we arrived at our accommodation, the apartment owned by Joseph Boudon, we were very pleasantly surprised: It was very French, decorated with Antiques and Collectables, luxuriously appointed and everything worked.
The kitchen was large and well equipped like no other we have seen. There was an abundance of everything, from French Press to large kettle, piles and piles of plates, glasses, cups, mugs, platters, great pots and pans and all in excellent quality, stainless whenever possible, and even silver "silverware" (not to be put into the dishwasher), washer, dryer, dishwasher etc.
The bedroom had a very comfortable large bed, very nice bedding, great mattress and pillows, as well as a small very convenient and efficient walk-in-closet.
2 bathrooms/toilets, wonderful large soft towels, and everything was spic and span.
Metro stop right there, very convenient for traveling to all parts of Paris. We took daily trips to certain areas in Paris and explored those. We took the Metro everywhere.
Bakery, Pharmacy, Convenient Store and Restaurants galore right around you. We found some really exquisite restaurants within a couple of blocks. The closest was in the building itself.
Joseph was very personable and helpful and we will certainly use his accommodations again next time we are in Paris.

We visited Paris for eight days, and a large part of the success of our stay was this apartment. In contrast to the many apartments that are decorated in a modern style completely without character, this apartment is quite original as well as being very comfortable. The walls are covered with eighteenth and nineteenth century popular prints, and the furniture is a mixture of period styles. The kitchen, however, is large and up-to-date with all conveniences. The apartment is really meant only for a couple: There is an adequately sized master bedroom with a small bathroom and shower attached. The main bathroom, with a bathtub, is next to the living room and is more spacious. There is both a living-room and a sort of vestibule that is next to it, providing a good feeling of space.
The location of the apartment could not be better, being in the most convenient and fashionable area of the 8th arrondisement, steps away from the Champs Elysées, the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, great shopping and restaurants, and a nearby Metro station.
The owner, Joseph, was extremely friendly and helpful, always available, and very solicitous. We would certainly rent this apartment again when we return to Paris.

Joseph's apartment in Paris was exactly like his pictures, even better! The apartment was perfectly furnished with amazing works of art, modern kitchen utensils, and everything you could ask for. Location wise, I couldn't have wished for better as well--right in the heart of Paris, close to everything from the Champs-Elysee and shopping to bars, restaurants, museums, the works! Joseph was responsive, conscientious, and a perfect host! I recommend this highly!

Not only is the location perfect but so is Joseph's home itself. It is very roomy, comfortable, relaxing and worry free. It made a huge difference with our stay especially traveling with our 2 daughters. It is exactly what you see in the pictures but what you don't see is the actual floor plan and size of this place! The living room is so spacious that my husband and i had room to relax on one sofa while the girls played in the other end of the room. It can also be closed off so it turns into another bedroom with the sofabed in it. Lots of big windows that opened into the courtyard by the kitchen and bedroom, and the living room windows opened to the quiet street. You wouldn't even know you're in the middle of everything. I loved the kitchen with the ample counters, nice gas cooktop,big fridge, and quiet Bosch DW. Don't pack too much either like I did, we washed almost every night since the wash machine was so conveniently located in the kitchen. If you're staying a week, pack about 3-4 days clothes. Save the room for shopping! Every morning my husband would walk down to the boulanger, there were 2 nice ones close by (we liked Dalloyau) on Rue Fauborg, and we would have fresh croissants and quiche every morning. Everything is close by, the metro a block away, Champs Elysee - 2 blocks, Rue de Fauborg- 1 block, the presidential palace and govt offices are right there. Very safe area, lots of police presence. It was always a pleasant walk to wherever we went. If you look at a map of the area, and to give you an idea walking distances, it's a 10 min walk to champs Elysee if you head west in a straight shot from the apartment (via Penthievre-Collisee). Joseph was very accommodating and helpful all throughout the booking process and beyond. NO need to worry, he's the real thing. I found my home away from home in Paris. Thank you Joseph for a wonderful stay.

Joseph's apartment was exactly as he described, only more opulent. The antiques and decor are beautiful, it is excellently appointed with facilities, is spotlessly clean and close enough to the city highlights to walk - although the metro station is only 200m away. Joseph made himself available to give advice and recommendations for eating, transport and activities. He was also very useful when the language barrier presented itself! We will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
