Fantastic place in the historical center of magnificient Rome. The authentic building 10m from one of the tourists favourite historical routes. The location is awesome and we walked to every attractions: Vatican, Pantheon, Colliseum, Borgeze Gallery and others. The appartment has special historical charm, wooden high ceiling & shutters and furniture! Matches and even better than in the pics. You start experiencing Rome already in the appartment. I was especially looking for quite beedrom, as historical center is noisy because of tourists and restrounts. I have issues with sleeping in new places and even light noise awakes me. The bedroom windows are facing small dead-end street where no one walks. We slept like babies. That point alone would make it 5 stars experience for me. The appartment had everything we needed: washer, dishwasher. So we hadn't need to bring alot of luggage. Even macchinetta with coffee to start the morning with Italian coffee taste! The best airbnb experience had!

The apartment is large and comfortable and a great location, in fact it couldn't be better, we did most of the walking tours, great restaurants around, a very lively neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

What can I say about Guglilermo… Fantastic host! super kind! He served us very well, opening and closing the doors of his apartment with golden keys! Thank you so much Guglilermo!

This was the perfect place to stay. It is minutes from major sites, in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and food stores nearby. Guglielmo was most helpful and friendly. The rooms were huge, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom clean and the shower was grand. One of the best stocked vacation apartment's we have stayed in. We would go back in a flash.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was as expected. The only minor quibble was the pillows on the bed could be more comfortable. We really appreciated that you let us leave the luggage there on the day we were leaving. That was very helpful. Your recommendation to take taxi worked perfectly for us.

I had a terrific stay at Guglielmo's. It's a spacious, well-appointed apartment in the heart of Rome near Piazza Navona, very suited for receiving guests. It's conveniently located and makes it easy to get around, being located near bus stops. Guglielmo and the woman who looked after the apartment were very nice and responsive to my requests. I highly recommend this apartment. It has most creature comforts aside from a television and microwave. The cleaning lady does an excellent job.

My stay here was wonderful. I was in Rome for three months and couln't have wished for a better spot!

The place is amazing. It’s is decently sized and very well placed with walkable distance from all tourist sites. Also the neighbourhood is great for spending a nice evening at bars / restaurants.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Rome.
Location could not be more perfect - you are 20 min walk from Vatican, 20 min walk from Trevi fountain, a few min from Piazza Navona etc.
Nice views on the street from the windows
Apartment is very large and comfortable 1 floor with elevator
Very comfortable bed
Check-in an check out has been pretty smooth
One area to improve - bathroom plumbing - both toilet and shower/hot water and shower curtain

Absolutely loved it here! The location was great, right off the cutest street in Roma with food, shopping, and gelato, of course. Within walking distance of the Vatican, Piazza Navona, and Castel Sant'Angelo. While Tina owns the place, Battista is the local guy who helps and he was amazing! Accommodated our early check in and took the time to show us Americans how all the European appliances worked. The apartment is very spacious and easy to access, while feeling secure to leave valuables during the day. Highly recommended!

This apartment was perfect for our extented stay in Rome. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location.  We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go and there was a taxi stand conveniently located at the Piazza Nueova that we used on occasion. We felt safe coming and going, even at night.  Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and even a little grocery store nearby.   Battista was very accomodating and met us with the key and explained the details of the apartment.  He also left us with a contact number in case we needed anything (we didn't) and checked back with us at the end of our stay to make sure that we were were happy (we were!).  We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again if we're ever fortunate enough to return to this beautiful city.

What a great place to stay, we have been to Rome many times but this is the best placed apartment we have stayed in.It is in the heart of the tiny alley heart of Rome. It is like being in the Renaissance with its beautiful wooden ceilings. We were met by Battista who was more than helpful, even when I got us lost coming from the airport and delayed our checkin by about an hour. The restaurant down stairs is the best place we found to eat, none of the usual Rome mark up and ripoff. The local shop is also so much nicer than the supermarket, try the cheese it is great.All in all we would certainly stay here again. It isn't even noisy or flooded with tourists unlike the rest of Rome.

Thanks for letting us stay in this fantastic apartment. The only negative is that it was a little bit dusty but that didn't detract from a fantastic stay.There was also no hair-dryer although there was one on the listing.

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre historique de Rome mais :
- très bruyant si vous voyagez en famille (resto et passage côté rue et cuisines du resto qui donnent sur la chambre arrière)
- pas de clim et ventilateur hors service, pas super quand il fait entre 35° et 39° au mois d' août.
- évacuation des toilettes qui ne fonctionnent pas ...

Excellent emplacement, on peut facilement rejoindre à pied le Vatican, piazza Navona, Panthéon et Campo dei fiori. Pals loin des arrêts de bus, notamment le 64 qui rejoint piazza venezia. L' appartement est spacieux et la hauteur sous plafond importante est agréable. Restaurants en bas de l''immeuble donc un peu bruyant côté séjour. Appartement sombre. Une clim serait bienvenue surtout côté chambre.

What a delightful little spot right behind Piazza Navona and at walking distance to all major landmark sites of the center!  My wife and I loved this cute, clean and well furnished apartment in the very center of the eternal city. We didn't have to take a taxi once and we could walk to almost all the major locations of interest, the Coliseum and the Pantheon. We fell in love with Via di Monte Giordano and we can't wait to be back.

We loved staying in Via di Monte Giordano.  My husband and I just recently retired and decided to celebrate our 30th anniversary with a magic trip to Italy.  We stayed in Rome for ten days and loved the acccomodation.  Sparkly clean, fully equipped with everything we needed.  We stayed in a few nights and cooked Italian food.  There is also an apen market close by and did our shoping.  We loved it and loved the view of via d Monte Giordano.  At night is a dream.

My husband and I just went on our honeymoon in Italy and staying in Rome in an apartment was so romantic and ideal!!! This place was situated right in the middle of the historic center of Rome. We would wake up and stroll to espresso around the corner, fresh fruits at the farmer's market and sightseeing the Pantheon and that was all within a short walk. The place was big enough for 4 people and next time we will bring our friends!

What a great alternative to a hotel!  We loved the convenience and cost-savings of having our own kitchen.  The location can't be beat --  It truly is near everything in Roma "centro"!  And the amount of room is incredible -- no more tripping over our over-stuffed (yes, we're American!) suitcases.

Clean and well-kept, this is our new favorite way to enjoy Rome.

I enjoyed staying here so much!  I came with two friends.  The area is  very characteristic and prime for visiting the city - short walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trastevere, Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna and really everything!  There are tons of restaurants and pizzerias in the area.  You walk out the door onto Via Monte Giordano and Via del Governo Vecchio and you feel like a Roman!  The apartment itself is very comfortable and ample and more than adequate (it can accommodate up to 5 people, although maybe 4 comfortably).  Although it's on the first floor, there is even an elevator (for those heavy suitcases).  I definitely recommend it.
