We loved our stay ! The house is spacious and bright and exquisitely located near the Vendicari Tonnara and the beach — great view — where we jogged and swam. Fresh orange juice in the morning, straight from the orange tree in the garden were also a big plus. Lemons as well. We were a group of friends from all over the world gathering for my birthday and it worked splendidly: we cooked together, chatted endlessly. The house is well planned to allow everyone to be together or doing different activities. It’s located near Noto and Marzamemi and we also drove to Scicli, Etna, Taormina, Vittoria etc. And we did all this in November ! No tourists and plenty of sunshine. I’ll recommend it to my friends and I hope to go back one day :smiley: Grazie !

The house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was spectacular, and everything was spotless when we arrived. There were plenty of great tips and activity guides already in the house, which was super helpful. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Exceptional location, secluded and quiet. The architecture of the house is exceptionally beautiful, with a large, bright living room with kitchen, a large terrace, and a pool. We were traveling with our dog, who was welcome and allowed walks in the surrounding area.

Guglielmo’s communication and hospitality was incredible. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. If you’re looking for a place to rest by the pool and enjoy beautiful views, this is an ideal place to spend your time in Sicily. We enjoyed a sunset dinner on the roof top. A variety of Cooking facilities are available & bbq outside. All the details are taken care of and it felt like a home away from home. Great location to access nature reserves, beaches & we enjoyed a nice dinners in both Noto and Marzamemi.

We replaced the coals we used for the bbq, rubbish was sorted throughly & left in the inside bins we tired a few of the bags up But it’s organized ready for removal.

Our stay at villa vendicari was fabulous. We were two families and we rented both the Senior and Junior suite for a week. Both suites are well appointed and very comfortable. The AC worked well such that even in the heat of July, the villas provided a very comfortable respite. But more than that, the property is gorgeous and peaceful. It was the oasis we returned to after full days at the nearby beaches, and the pool was a hit with the kids. Guglielmo, the host, was the most responsive and gracious host that we've ever had on airbnb, even arranging for the house to be cleaned midweek at no charge. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone visiting sicily. there are great nearby beaches / beach clubs and Noto, a great small city with nice restaurants, is only 20 minute drive away.

Villa Vendicari is a slice of paradise in Sicily. The grounds are breathtaking. You are tucked away from any noise amongst gorgeous vegetation. The spaces are comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. The area had lots to explore in terms of walks, beaches, activities, and amazing food. We had THE BEST time and our only regret is we didn't book a longer stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Thank you so much - we had the best stay! I don't know if there is something like this on the market, but the one thing I thought of was that the pool did not have steps for my infant son to stand on (so he never got comfortable swimming because he could not stand up). If there is anything like a 'platform' of sorts that could accommodate younger (shorter) swimmers in your pool, that could be an asset. But, once again, everything was so amazing. We loved your space. We wish we could have stayed longer. Kathleen

Last year, we were able to call Villa Vendicari our home for a whole four weeks and learnt to appreciate and love this place with all our hearts. The peaceful seclusion, the soft light, the relaxing tranquillity and the breathtaking view of the sea made a deep impression on us. Soon after our return we missed the villa - so it was clear we had to come back. A true place to return to!

If you are looking for peace, nature and a dream home combined with the best host, this is the place for you. The time was simply wonderful - see you next year!

Das Haus besticht durch seine einzigartige Architektur mit vielen schönen und durchdachten Details. Super ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigen Küchengeräten. Holzkohlegrill mit Meerblick! Schöne großzügige Terrasse zum Sitzen und gemeinsamen Essen. Weitläufiges Gelände mit üppigen Rosmarinbüschen, nächtlich duftendem Jasmin und Obstbäumen - zu unserer Zeit konnten wir Granatäpfel ernten :). Guglielmo war stets gut erreichbar und hat sich um alles super schnell gekümmert! Sehr zu empfehlen um richtig zu entspannen! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Wir durften zu dritt zwei wundervolle Wochen auf Sizilien in Guglielmos Villa Vendicari verbringen. Die Villa selber ist genau wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben: einzigartige Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage mit viel Natur. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige traumhafte Strände im Naturschutzgebiet Vendicari. Gegen Ende hatten wir das große Glück, den sehr herzlichen Gastgeber als direkten Nachbarn mit seinem freundlichen Hund Igor persönlich kennenzulernen. Guglielmo war nicht nur sehr hilfsbereit, sondern versorgte uns auch mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten (selbstgemachte Pistazienpasta, Wein vom Nachbar und leckere Törtchen zum Frühstück). Zudem war die Kommunikation zu jeder Zeit ausgesprochen gut. Guglielmo war immer erreichbar, gab hilfreiche Tipps und war sehr darauf bedacht, dass uns nichts fehlt und wir uns rundum wohl fühlen. Auch einem kleinen Kennenlernen zu gutem Wein stand nichts im Wege. Alles in allem waren wir wunschlos glücklich und werden definitiv wiederkommen :)

Lieber Guglielmo, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei dir sehr genossen. Nicht nur die Villa sondern auch du als sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber sind absolut einzigartig. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohlbehütet und willkommen gefühlt. Zudem möchten wir uns noch einmal für die leckeren Speisen und den sehr guten Wein bei dir bedanken! Wir würden uns freuen, wenn man sich bald mal wieder sieht :)

Siamo stati ospiti da Guglielmo nella prima settimana di settembre. luogo incantevole !! l abitazione è a pochi minuti dalle spiagge di san lorenzo quindi ideale per passare delle giornate al mare che possono continuare a casa grazie alla piscina privata immersa nel verde. Guglielmo é stato un host perfetto e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Sicuramente torneremo nuovamente ad essere ospiti in questa meravigliosa oasi

After travelling around all Sicilia, we couldn't have imagine better place to stay and better host for his welcome approach !! The junior house is to be recommended for the way it has been architecturized, for its wonderfull terrace with unique view on the garden and in its landscape of Vendicari Reserve and sea. This home allows connection to a natural environement, and the equipments are top: swiming pool, the shack in the trees & hammocks. All the nice beaches are close and Noto and Syracuse as well !! Actually, we missed it yet :-) Thanks again Guglielmo !!

We, a family with a 3.5-year-old child, had an incredible stay. Guglielmo was exceptionally helpful with everything. We spent a lot of time on the property, reveling in the serene natural surroundings, the pool, and the stunning views. This place is truly spectacular! The simple yet spacious architecture was especially nice for my taller husband ;) We can't recommend it and the surrounding area enough. If you're searching for breathtaking nature within a nature reserve, you've found your spot!

Die zwei Villen liegen wunderbar inmitten der Natur. Man sieht direkt auf das Naturreservat und das Meer, hat einen traumhaften Garten vor sich, in dem alle möglichen Vögel singen und Orangenbäume duften. Man kann dort wunderbar entspannen. Wir hatten Glück mit unserer (sehr ruhigen) Nachbarin, da die Häuser und Terrassen recht nah beieinander liegen. Aber das wussten wir vorher. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass wir sehr viel Wind während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten. Es gibt nicht wirklich eine windgeschützte Ecke am Haus, das ja auch keine Ecken hat! :-) Das Gleiche gilt für Regen. Ansonsten war Guglielmo immer sofort zu erreichen und darum bemüht, dass alles in Ordnung ist.

Das Haus, der Garten und die Umgebung sind ein Traum. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren im März für 5 Tage in der wunderschönen Villa. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über viele Küchengeräte، einen Induktionsherd, einen Backofen und eine Spülmaschine. Es gibt unterschiedliche Kaffeesysteme (Espresso, Filterkaffeemaschine und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine von DeLonghi) und einen großen Kühlschrank. Wir haben viel gekocht und die tolle Ausstattung genutzt. Der Kamin ist ein Traum. Es gibt auf der Terrasse viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Tische. Der Pool ist im März noch kalt aber den Rest des Jahres wirklich toll. Die Betreuung durch den Besitzer ist super und er war sehr hilfreiche. Wir können das Haus 100% empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Personen im großen Haus und hatten viel Platz. Die Autos stehen sicher auf dem umzäunten Grundstück und wir haben uns immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Sollten sie eine Reise nach Sizilien planen, dann ist dieses Haus ein Muss!
