Fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cupboards and utensils, door window leading to the terrace;
2 BEDROOMS
1-with double bed, bedside tables, TV, wardrobe, desk and chair, AC, windows;
2- with sofa bed, desk and chair, rocking chair, AC, wardrobe, windows;
2 BATHROOMS
1-with shower, washbasin, bidet, hair dryer, wc;

TERRACE
With table and chairs, potted plants;

Independent heating, AC, TV, dvd & cd player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, internet WiFi, cot, terrace, private parking on request ( 10 euros extra per night).
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years
The remaining balance will be paid in cash only upon check in.

RESIDENCE LA LOGGETTA - VATICAN-CENTER-SAN PIETRO


 The apartment, recently renovated, is quiet and bright.


It's situated near the Vatican Museums can be reached on foot by walking for 20 min and just 100 meters from the Metro A (stop Baldo degli Ubaldi) that will conveniently and in a few minutes to the historical center and the most famous tourist sites and cultural Capital (Piazza Di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Via Veneto etc.), and also you can use day and night bus lines (46 and 49 and 490), which stop just a few meters from the house and leading to the city center with pleasant paths .


The interior of the house is full of comfort and of good taste and offers all the amenities, including appliances, air conditioners, LCD TV in every room, WiFi facility etc..


The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and kitchen with exit to covered terrace furnished consume you for a leisurely breakfast on sunny days.


All exterior facing of the house are protected by security grilles and the front door is armored.


Nearby you will find all kinds of services and shops and many supermarkets with the affordable prices


and there are good restaurants, bakeries, bars, pizzerias.


The apartment is family run and great care is paid to the cleanliness of the rooms and linens. We live nearby so readily available just in case.


On request it is possible to use the parking space in the courtyard of the building at a cost of 10 € per night.
For children up to 3 years of age is required only a contribution of € 5 per day for cot with linen and high chair.


It requires a proper use of the house and are not welcome crowds and unnecessary noise. And 'possible to smoke on the terrace.

 We do not rent to under 18 years old unless accompanied.

Upon delivery of the keys will be required to pay a tax and a security deposit of € 200 to be refunded on departure, if no damage.
The city tax is not included in the price (€ 3,50 per day/ per person)
