Die Ferienwohnung ist so, wie sie beschrieben ist. Alle Dinge des Alltags sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss; die Ferienwohnung ist im Innenhof über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
 
Das Haus liegt etwa 300 Meter von einem sehr gepflegten Strand entfernt. Mit EU-Mitteln sind die Dünenlandschaft und der Strand über viele Km super gepflegt angelegt. Wir waren weit abseits der Saison in Chipiona und haben für einen erholsamen Urlaub alles was wir benötigt haben vorgefunden., Sea, beach
 
Je nach Lust und Laune bietet der Ort alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung separate Radwege, die sicherlich in der Saison erforderlich sind., Water sports, Hiking, cycling

Dieses deutsche Paar – Fritz und seine Frau (wir stellen gerade fest, dass wir ihren Namen leider nicht kennen – bitte entschuldigen Sie!) – verbrachte vom 4. bis zum 18. September zwei Wochen bei uns.
Zunächst möchten wir uns herzlich für die wunderbare Bewertung ihres Aufenthalts bedanken; ihren Worten entnehmen wir, dass sie eine rundum schöne Zeit bei uns hatten.

This apartment is definitely a one-off! It is not for the faint hearted, the bathrooms are plexiglass boxes with interesting plumbing, the kitchen is under the bar,the sink is on the terrace,the bed is circular, and, it is all about twenty years old. So some of it is tired and needs maintenance but,and it's a big but, the terrace is great. We have, separately, given Guglielmo suggestions for improvements that would make the apartment more liveable for stays longer than a weekend and we are very likely to return. Position, terrace and accessibility are great.

We enjoyed our stay! Host met us at the car when we arrived. The place was very spacious and close to all the major sites and restaurants. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine (no dryer, but they provide a drying rack). It's three flights of stairs up, but that only mattered when we were lugging our over-packed bags up and down. Price was more than we paid for similar places elsewhere, but very reasonable for Rome. Overall, we were happy with the accommodations and service.

The apartment was huge. The two bedrooms were on opposite side of the apt so nice for privacy. Only one full bathroom so you must be comfortable to have to walk across the apartment in a towel to share one shower. The second bathroom was tiny with toilet and sink but it worked fine. The kitchen was great. Big. Super location to everything. Id def stay again.

The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to ALL main attractions for this alone i would highly recommend. There were plenty of restaurants on the doorstep.
There is a lift, as the apartment is on the fourth floor. The apartment is spacious but the bathroom is very small and compact including shower cubicle. The apartment needs a liitte TLC .Nothing a fresh coat of paint to Everywhere and this would improve it. Bed comfortable but definitely more pillow's are needed for comfort.

O prédio em si, a primeira vista, assusta um pouco, mal cuidado, bagunçado e antigo como tudo em Roma. Mas o apartamento é muito limpo, tem tudo o que mostra nas fotos. Sentimos falta apenas de micro-ondas e ar-condicionado no quarto (tem somente na sala) no mais, tudo em boas condições e completo.

A localização também é muito boa, em região próxima a agitação, bons restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Fizemos tudo a pé e foi ótimo, por isso, indicamos bastante.

I highly recommend staying here, this is by far the best rental I've ever had in Rome - and I've rented a lot of apartments in Rome. The location is amazing, beds are comfortable, air con works well and the terrace is a perk I never knew I needed. Guglielmo, the host, is very welcoming and responsive. The outside space is amazing! Sitting out on the rooftop at sunset and then seeing the lights of Rome come on was such a highlight. The host was extremely helpful! We got a full tour of the apartment when we arrived which was much appreciated. It is a charming old building, so knowing how everything worked made the stay so much more comfortable. The host offered to book a driver for us for an early morning flight. The car service was excellent . And we arrived to fresh grapes and a chilled bottle of wine! We would definitely stay here again.

As you can see from our review we loved the stay. Our suggestion is that you need to add mattress toppers or new mattresses to the beds in the top floor. Our two travel companions found them very uncomfortable. The bed on the lower floor was great. Thanks again for all your help.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Lovely terrace with a great view and a great kitchen with everything that you might need. We ended up spending a lot more time at the house than expected. I am really going to miss the early coffee on the rooftop watching the sun rise. Highly recommended

Splendide maison au cœur de la nature, décorée avec goût, très confortable et pratique. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour cet été à deux familles avec enfants dans ce cadre idyllique. Communication très fluide et agréable, avec des recommandations et une grande flexibilité pour les départs. Le seul point à noter pour les familles est que la piscine ne jouxte pas les maisons : c’est un espace un peu en contrebas, ce qui a des avantages et des inconvénients avec des enfants en bas âge :) Merci encore !

Kitchen had a lot of ants which made it difficult to cook comfortably. I know ants are tough to get rid of them sometimes especially with the weather but overall I didn’t enjoy cooking because within seconds there was ants all over my food. I rushed to clean up and ate out for the trip which was fine. Otherwise beautiful all around. Absolutely adored the property and the hospitality from you and Corado and Silvia. Very nice people.

Regarding the ants, I'm truly sorry, it happens, but it's very easy to fix for us! Please ensure to let us know next time, it only takes 5 minutes to Corrado to fix the issue with non toxic natural products.

Overall a great stay and location. Only a couple negatives. WiFi did not work the majority of the time but sounded like this was being fixed in the near future.

We recharged it with our own cords since there wasn’t any available but even then was intermittent when working. Also, one room (two twins beds) we couldn’t use due to the hot temperature outside and no AC in the room. A fan was not enough. Which was unfortunate….

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Vendicari Junior. Das Haus ist stilvoll, das Grundstück sehr weitläufig und absolut still - in kürzester Zeit konnten wir hier vom lauten Alltag der Großstadt abschalten. Wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an den Vermieter wenden, Guglielmo hat sich immer innerhalb von Sekunden freundlich und zuvorkommend zurückgemeldet. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Our stay at Marzia’s couldn’t have been more perfect.

The apartment is beautiful and filled with art, books and light; the accommodation is very comfortable with excellent a/c, and shutters/curtains to adjust light as needed; there is amazing food everywhere; it’s a very short walk to so many sites and transportation… and there’s so much more.

The neighborhood is very busy and vibrant, but amazingly, the apartment itself was incredibly quiet. We travelled with our young daughter so having a washing machine, detachable shower head, and kitchen with dishwasher was really key for us, and we were all completely charmed and at home in the apartment.

Rome is endlessly beautiful and stimulating, and it’s really nice to have a peaceful, comfortable and cool refuge to recharge within.

Also, Iryna, our point of contact, was so prompt and helpful and a complete pleasure to interact with!

Thank you Marzia, Iryna and Guglielmo! We can’t wait to return! We highly recommend!
