We enjoyed our stay at this character filled apartment. All the supplies we needed were available and the patio was our favourite part! We were thankful for a good laundry setup too. The apartment was walkable to many places and was quiet.

We appreciated the centrality of your place and especially the patio. Thanks for all the supplies on hand. The only feedback we have is the perhaps a couple light blankets to sit outside and the venting of the drains in the bathroom didn’t smell good. We had the same thing in Venice. I guess this is just the old pipes but perhaps there is some other solution? Also, the wooden counter block is a loose over the fridge.

Appartement idéalement situé dans un immeuble calme. Très grand pour 4 nous avions chacun notre espace. La terrasse est très appréciable, notamment le soir avec la guirlande lumineuse. Encore merci à Guglielmo pour sa réactivité et disponibilité. Nous reviendrons à Rome en famille !

This is the ideal apartment for us, it has everything we needed for our stay including good wifi, air con, elevator, terrace a safe neighbourhood to wandering around - I could go on but I think you get the picture.  We have stayed at this apartment a few times in the past and hopefully when we return to Rome in the future, this apartment will be available as our preferred home base.  We had no issue with our host or in contacting her agent to collect the keys.  The information folder provided in the apartment has very handy tips on places to eat and general info on the apartment.  I only wish we could have stayed longer.

This apartment is definitely a one-off! It is not for the faint hearted, the bathrooms are plexiglass boxes with interesting plumbing, the kitchen is under the bar,the sink is on the terrace,the bed is circular, and, it is all about twenty years old. So some of it is tired and needs maintenance but,and it's a big but, the terrace is great. We have, separately, given Guglielmo suggestions for improvements that would make the apartment more liveable for stays longer than a weekend and we are very likely to return. Position, terrace and accessibility are great.

We enjoyed our stay! Host met us at the car when we arrived. The place was very spacious and close to all the major sites and restaurants. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine (no dryer, but they provide a drying rack). It's three flights of stairs up, but that only mattered when we were lugging our over-packed bags up and down. Price was more than we paid for similar places elsewhere, but very reasonable for Rome. Overall, we were happy with the accommodations and service.

The apartment was huge. The two bedrooms were on opposite side of the apt so nice for privacy. Only one full bathroom so you must be comfortable to have to walk across the apartment in a towel to share one shower. The second bathroom was tiny with toilet and sink but it worked fine. The kitchen was great. Big. Super location to everything. Id def stay again.

The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to ALL main attractions for this alone i would highly recommend. There were plenty of restaurants on the doorstep.
There is a lift, as the apartment is on the fourth floor. The apartment is spacious but the bathroom is very small and compact including shower cubicle. The apartment needs a liitte TLC .Nothing a fresh coat of paint to Everywhere and this would improve it. Bed comfortable but definitely more pillow's are needed for comfort.

O prédio em si, a primeira vista, assusta um pouco, mal cuidado, bagunçado e antigo como tudo em Roma. Mas o apartamento é muito limpo, tem tudo o que mostra nas fotos. Sentimos falta apenas de micro-ondas e ar-condicionado no quarto (tem somente na sala) no mais, tudo em boas condições e completo.

A localização também é muito boa, em região próxima a agitação, bons restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Fizemos tudo a pé e foi ótimo, por isso, indicamos bastante.

I highly recommend staying here, this is by far the best rental I've ever had in Rome - and I've rented a lot of apartments in Rome. The location is amazing, beds are comfortable, air con works well and the terrace is a perk I never knew I needed. Guglielmo, the host, is very welcoming and responsive. The outside space is amazing! Sitting out on the rooftop at sunset and then seeing the lights of Rome come on was such a highlight. The host was extremely helpful! We got a full tour of the apartment when we arrived which was much appreciated. It is a charming old building, so knowing how everything worked made the stay so much more comfortable. The host offered to book a driver for us for an early morning flight. The car service was excellent . And we arrived to fresh grapes and a chilled bottle of wine! We would definitely stay here again.

As you can see from our review we loved the stay. Our suggestion is that you need to add mattress toppers or new mattresses to the beds in the top floor. Our two travel companions found them very uncomfortable. The bed on the lower floor was great. Thanks again for all your help.

Overall a great stay and location. Only a couple negatives. WiFi did not work the majority of the time but sounded like this was being fixed in the near future.

We recharged it with our own cords since there wasn’t any available but even then was intermittent when working. Also, one room (two twins beds) we couldn’t use due to the hot temperature outside and no AC in the room. A fan was not enough. Which was unfortunate….

Our stay at Marzia’s couldn’t have been more perfect.

The apartment is beautiful and filled with art, books and light; the accommodation is very comfortable with excellent a/c, and shutters/curtains to adjust light as needed; there is amazing food everywhere; it’s a very short walk to so many sites and transportation… and there’s so much more.

The neighborhood is very busy and vibrant, but amazingly, the apartment itself was incredibly quiet. We travelled with our young daughter so having a washing machine, detachable shower head, and kitchen with dishwasher was really key for us, and we were all completely charmed and at home in the apartment.

Rome is endlessly beautiful and stimulating, and it’s really nice to have a peaceful, comfortable and cool refuge to recharge within.

Also, Iryna, our point of contact, was so prompt and helpful and a complete pleasure to interact with!

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment. it had everything we needed. the apartment is quite big and the kitchen well equipped. The location is close to public transport and the area is very walkable. it felt like home since the moment we arrived. the host was very quick to respond and very helpful when we needed it. I will be very happy to stay in this apartment again


thank you so much again, we absolutely loved staying at the apartment and really appreciated that we could extend our stay! just a few things that may need attention in time, the main bedroom mattress was nice and firm but the springs does protrude which made it quite uncomfortable, but a mattress topper will sort that problem out. luckily there were loads of blankets so I used this to create some cushioning. the pictures on the website may need to be updated as the sleeper couch mentioned is no longer there and also no carpets. the kitchen overall needs some attention. it was quite dirty when we arrived and I had to wash everything. pretty much all the cupboard doors hinges needs to be fixed, and the extractor in the kitchen really needs to be cleaned properly, old oil was dripping into the food while cooking. I washed the covers which stopped the dripping but dirty oil would run down the wall on top of the electric socket, it is also extremely noisy and doesn't really work well
