Please note for the month of August only minimum 7 nights rentals
1.5 minute walk from Piramide Cestia and from ancient Roman walls and ancient Roman S.Paul Gate of the Roman walls, well connected to all major areas in Rome by underground, tramway and buses and airport railway;
50sq.mts newly re-structured apartment set on the first floor without elevator (about 10 steps) in an area surrounded by ancient Roman monuments and consists of:
LIVING ROOM
with full sofa bed, table and chairs, bookshelves, tv, stereo, playstation, loft area with double bed and wardrobe, kitchen corner and glass door that is the entrance to the apartment;
BEDROOM
with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bookshelves, loft area with double bed and window on Via Giulietti;
KITCHEN CORNER
with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and window;
BATHROOM
with Jacuzzi shower, bidet and window.
Independent heating, air conditioning, tv, stereo, playstation, iron, hairdryer, no phone, no elevator, Iron and Ironing
Board, Hair Dryer, Dishes cutlery and cookware, Microwave oven, Digital television and radio, Extra pillows and blankets. Monthly possible.
Booking of 4 days minimum for Easter. Reservation of 5 days minimum and 5 persons maximum for christmas and new year.

There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years to be paid in cash upon check in.

The apartment was good for us in the way that it functioned as spending the night, the beds were good and the bathroom too. But the kitchen is only a tea-kitchen. We needed more space for making food (no kitchen-bench and a very little kitchen-table where we could eat). And we were looking for pots without lot of scratches in the Teflon,therefore we had to use a very big pot to everything. There was no grater, no small bowls, no wineglasses, no knife to vegetables, a bad breadknife, no rub to cheese, no toaster. So, it was very, very difficult to make food. Just a teakitchen …

Hello. I'm glad you enjoyed the apartment, its location, that you enjoyed the beds and that you enjoyed the bathroom.
As for the kitchen, this is small but very pretty and well stocked and the dishes are new and the table can be opened and become very large.
In fact, so far all the other customers found in the kitchen everything they wanted and they were all very well, groups and families with many people.
If you wanted another dish you could ask for and I've bought it without any problem.
However I have in any case proceeded to buy everything you have recommended even though it was already present. Hello and thanks again.

The apartment is located near metro and train stations, which was really nice. It does not have wifi, however, which is contrary to what is advertised. The apartment was spacious and relatively clean, and the air conditioner worked well. The pizza place downstairs was excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It is the best location to stay in Rome and the price is also very good.
In the area there are more locals and you can experience more the real Rome, the area is known for the best local food and I can say that this is true.
Many restaurants nearby and markets, the metro is really close and you can visit all the sightseeing places very easily and quick. Nearby is also the Porta Portese market held every Sunday, we walked there maybe 15-20 min.
We liked the area so much that the very centre of Rome seemed too touristy and crowded and most of the time we ate nearby the apartment because the food was so good in the area.
The apartment is for everyone - couples, family, friends and there is quiet in the night so we got a good night sleep also.
The host was also very helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend the apartment !

Very good apartment. Shopping and transport are very close. Lot of eating places in this area of Rome. The manager of the place Mark was very helpful and gave a lot of information before and after our arrival.

Quirky, yet cosy apartment. Very conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, alimentare and great restaurants.
A fantastic base to explore Rome, within walking distance of several ancient monuments and surrounded by excellent transport links, with Piramide metro station just 2min away, and a tram line and lots of bus routes 1min from the door.
Comes with lots of useful appliances, like hairdryer, pots and pans, microwave, crockery, cutlery, chairs etc., and you'll recieve prompt replies from the owner if you have any queries. Only drawback was the AC, while working, did need to be turned off and on again every few hours or it'll freeze up.
For those on a budget, I highly recommend this place. Great value for money!

I stayed in the appartment for almost a week. Friendly staff, good contact before arrival with detailed explanation how to get to the place etc. Very good costs to value, excellent location near the city centre, clean inside. Cons: aa bit noisy at night (old windows) and small bathroom. Otherwise all good.

The location was excellant. There was excellant acess to all bus, tram and trains. All sights we went to were one bus away. There was several authentic restaurants just on the other side of the wall and the Pizza place downstairs came in handy. The apartment was a good size. It fit five of us comfortably. Air conditioning was nice to have and the room and bedding were clean and the area felt safe. We had a great time.

Tutto sommato una sistemazione di buon livello che ci ha lasciato completamente soddisfatti. Da consigliare.

Apartment was excellent. Well located near metro and plenty of room for our family of five. Air conditioning was welcome during the Roman summer. Shower is small but functional and kitchen is small but well equipped. When my wife arrived owner asked for an extra payment for some sot of new tax. As this was not specified in our original agreement, we did not pay and the owner accepted that. Be sure to confirm total prioce before arrival.

Communication by e-mail with the owner agency after booking was always prompt and detailed. We arrived at 22h (there's a late-arrival fee after 20h) and were received on time by an employee of the agency that manages the apartment. He took the time to explain how everything worked. The apartment is very well located, there's a supermaket around the corner and a good pizza place downstairs that closes late, there's also a pharmacy downstairs in case of emergency, and a gourmet shop around the corner for last minute gifts. From the apartment we could take the 23 bus directly to the vatican, or the 271 to P. Venezia, or the 118 to Via Appia or the metro to Termini for the bus to the airport. Rome has an extremely well organised bus system. The apartment was clean, towels, hair-drier and everything needed to cook was provided, our only complaint would be the lack of a coffee-maker. The beds were comfortable (there are no single beds), and the table is big enough for 5 adults. The apartment is noisy but you would expect as much being the centre, and you get the odours from the pizza place in the morning but since we got out early each morning the smell of pizza was not a problem at all. When we first arrived there was a faint mouldy smell but opening the windows was enough to clear the air inside the first night.
We didn't carry a laptop with us so we didn't ask for wifi. At the end of our stay, we simply left the kitchen clean and the keys on the table. I highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is a little on the small side, but more that sutible for a family of 4-6 people or couples travelling together. It contains all the necessary amenities, including air-conditioning. A perfect place to come home to after a long day of touring the sites of rome. The apartment is located within a 2 minute walking distance of both Piramide Train & Metro Station and the Pyramid Attraction itself. There is a fantastic pizza bar/cafe just 2 doors away, selling hot pizza cuts all day long. This bar is also open until late at night. This is a nice quiet apartment, great for a relaxing holiday.
