This wonderful Roman apartment, full of charming objects collected by the landlord during her travels in Africa and Asia, is located at 200 m from the Colosseum (direct view from the dining room!) and at a walking distance from the "Fori", Pantheon and many other historical sites. The apartment was clean and in excellent conditions; overall It's an excellent opportunity to live some days in the true heart of Rome!

The apartment was perfect! Perfectly central 5 min walking from stops of both subways lines, the A and B, which made it very practical for us to quickly and easily visit any part of the beautiful Rome. We were impressed by how clean the house was, incredible! Moreover the common spaces such as the kitchen and living room are very spacious and the bedrooms are very comfortable with high-quality beds. The apartment was furnished with everything we needed and even more! The owner was so kind to leave all the basics, such as salt, oil (pure extra virgin italian olive oil!), sugar etc.. there for us! With also a welcome drink! Besides being an awesome apartment we also had a very warm and nice welcome and check in by the daughter of the owner. Everything about the house was explained to us and she also took the time to explain us a little bit about the town and she suggested really nice places to go and see. Our days in Rome would not have been the same without such precious advises which as a tourist you never know about! To conclude we really enjoyed our choice of accommodation! We totally recommend to it!!! You will not regret it!

Les explications données nous ont permis d'arriver sans difficulté à l'appartement. L'accueil fut chaleureux. C'est un très bel appartement plein de charme situé dans le centre historique de Rome, idéal pour profiter de cette magnifique ville. La vue y est très belle. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados, la chambre avec 2 lits simples en mezzanine était parfaite pour nous et les 4 étages n'étaient pas un problème.Nous avons également apprécié l'équipement. Un petit bémol, le bruit de la ville, la nuit. Pour finir, merci aux propriétaires et à leurs enfants pour leur gentillesse.

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui allie beaucoup de points positifs: le quartier, vivant mais à l''abri des groupes de touristes qui viennent visiter le Colisée tout proche, on trouve tout ce qu''il faut dans l''environnement immédiat: stand de légumes au pied de l''immeuble, petit supermarché, boulangerie, nombreux restaurants et pizzerias, on manque juste de temps pour les tester tous! Le quartier est très bien desservi par les lignes de bus et métro, mais si on aime un peu marcher, tout le centre de la ville historique est accessible à pied. L''appartement lui même est très chaleureux et on s''y sent comme à la maison. Accueil très gentil et contacts faciles avant et pendant le séjour, et dans un très bon français, ce qui facilite les échanges! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement, en sachant juste que la chambre principale est un peu bruyante la nuit, la mezzanine est beaucoup plus calme."
