The apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The bonus was air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms - this was needed because it was so hot and humid. There was also free WIFI. The apartment was well decorated and included towels. We were only in Rome for 4 nights and I would say the location is perfect - central to all you need to do and excellent value for money!
The owner: Federico was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a map and showed us the main highlights, where to eat, that proved to be good in quality and price, and what to avoid. The added bonus, for $50 euros, was a driver was organised to pick us up at the airport and drive us to the apartment - after 30 hours travelling this was great and one less hassle to think about on arrival.
Location was only a 5 min walk to the Coliseum and 7 mins to the Metro station. We walked everywhere and had no issues getting around. There are a number of bars and restaurants near the apartment.
This is the first time that we had rented an apartment via the internet but once we got there and met the owner everything was perfect!

Location: 5 mins walk to the Coloseum!!! 7 mins to the Metro station!Threre are quiet a few bars and places to have coffee or food just below the flat. There are also a couple of supermarkets.
The Flat: Well decorated and includes Everything. From towels to frying pans... For just a few days in Rome, I would say you are covered! The flat was also very clean and tidy. It also includes TV and aircondition in all the rooms. Free wifi and a computer, in case you need to check anything.
The owner: Very friendly and helpful. He showed us a couple of places for eating and drinking, that proved to be good in quality and price.
Shamrock pub just near by, is worth visiting! Enjoy!
