New apartment, beautifully renovated, bright and quiet, on the second floor of a historic building, with precious stucco on the high ceilings, equipped with every comfort (air conditioning,TV, wi fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave).
Located a few meters from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square, and a few minutes walking from the Historical Center of Rome.
It has three bedrooms, spacious entrance and living room with kitchenette and sofa. It can comfortably accommodate 7 persons. You can add a small cot. Two bathrooms, one with large bathtub and a small one with shower.

The apartment was large enough to accommodate our group of 4 seniors although the kitchen was quite small. We ate all our meals out so we did not need to adjust to the small size. However the bedrooms and living room were spacious. Location was very convenient to the vatican and we enjoyed local bistros for lunch and breakfast.
We walked near to the vatican complex to take advantage of the sightseeing tours of Rome available via the double decker busses.

Les ++++ Appartement très bien situé à 8 mn à pied de la place St Pierre, un Carrefour Market à 100m de l'appartement, une boulangerie en face de l'immeuble, appartement calme côté cour.
Les lits sont bons, une chambre pour parents très spacieuse avec un lit pour bébé, une autre chambre avec 2 lits individuels agréable, un salon avec tv et canapé lit, une cuisine ouverte avec un canapé lit mais inconfortable pour adulte (utilisable par un enfant)
1 salle de bain + une salle d'eau
Cet appartement peut accueillir 7 personnes (2 lits doubles) et un bébé : plus ça devient du camping
Les - - - gazinière avec un seul brûleur (sur 4) qui fonctionne, pression d'eau faible, mitigeur douche defectueux (alternance eau brûlante, eau froide), problème de canalisation dans les 2 salles de bain (odeurs désagréables) manque de grands plats dans la cuisine (grand plat, saladier, egoutoir, passoire pour pâtes), tv italiennes mais pas française ni anglaise
Globalement la prestation est très bonne, et cet appartement est très bien situé nous le recommandons. Les axes d'amélioration sont simples à mettre en oeuvre : il suffit de peu pour que tout soit parfait

Appartement bien située à 10 minutes à pieds du vatican. Supermarché à 2 minutes, le métro est à 5 minutes. Le quartier est agréable. L'appartement est à l'étage et donne sur 2 cours. Il est donc très sombre (électricité en permanence) mais très silencieux...Il est propre. La literie est bonne. Par contre les ustensiles de cuisine sont très insuffisant (aucun plat des service, pas d'ouvre boite, pas de grille pain...) Le micro-onde annoncé par le propriétaire depuis avril 2012 n'était pas là. Dans la salle de bain, le lavabo avait une fuite importante. L'eau chaude avec le gaz est assez difficile à régler pour ne pas passer du froid au brulant.
Cependant nous reviendrons certainement car nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous ne sommes pas très exigeant en terme de confort.

Appartment is close to subway and Vatican, also a supermarket is pretty close. The appartment was clean and the owner is nice, although a bit hard to reach by phone. It was nice that he let us leave our luggage in the appartment on our last day (ou plane left in the evening). BTW, make sure to organize your cab back to the airport a day in advance. In short, no complaints whatsoever.

The apartment is very close to the vatican museum ,just cross the road and climb the stairs and there it is!
The apartment was very spacious,clean ,welcoming ,as good as the pictures and close to shops to find all you need!be it restaurants ,gelatos ,milk etc etc ....
The owner was very friendly ,co-operative and helpful .
The only disadvantage was that there were no english channels on the tv and no wifi,also the lift is very small if you have a pram to manage ...
In all its a lovely place and I would surely recommend it!
