The villa, on three levels, has a large living area, with a sitting room ideal for a romantic evening or with friends, in front of the crackling fireplace, sipping a good red wine Etna. Nearby is a lovely relaxation area with TV and comfortable sofas, an area with a large dining table overlooking a beautiful garden. Next door is a large comfortable kitchen, a bathroom with shower and laundry with washing machine.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. The attic floor there is a relaxation area with the possibility of a sofa bed, a romantic double bedroom, a room with double bed and another bathroom.
The villa is partially air-conditioned because the place is very dry and cool. It is equipped with heating in order to stay even during the winter months, even in the period of October for the harvest or for the Christmas holidays and New Year.
Viagrande has a strategic location that allows easy access to the main towns along the Ionian coast of Sicily, Acireale, Catania, Taormina, Messina and Syracuse.
