Por el precio que pide esperaba que: 1. estuviese limpio (muchísima suciedad y objetos olvidados debajo de las camas) 2. que me proporcione suficiente papel higiénico para la estadía (me respondieron que no les correspondía darme más) 3. que diera detergente para la lavadora de ropa 4. que la cama del living fuera una cama y no un rejunte de 3 sillones (se sentían las uniones) 5. que el baño no tuviera olor a cloaca 6. que tenga microondas, tan útil para alquileres temporales 7. que los utensilios y electrodomésticos funcionen y estén bien (a la sarten le faltaba el mango y el secador de pelo tenía el enchufe doblado y no se podía usar) 8. que la mesa y las sillas sean acordes entre sí, la mesa es muy chica y las sillas tan grandes que no entran y es incómodo A favor: 1. nos dejaron ingresar antes e irnos más tarde 2. la ubicación es buena (aunque algo ruidosa a la noche, el doble vidrio ayuda pero la carpintería de madera no) 3. la comunicación fue buena

This place is great due to location- otherwise it is just a place to stay. It received 3 stars because the bathroom smelled bad a lot of the time (sewage smell from pipes under sink) and it wasn’t ready when we arrived (someone was in there cleaning it, even though we arrived after check in time. The floors were very dirty when cleaner left). The AC also put out stinky air. In addition, the listing claims to have a washer and dryer but it only has a washer (no dryer), and Americans should note that in Europe the ground level is floor 0, so to reach the apartment you have to climb steep stairs to the 4th floor (listing says 3 floor). The apartment was in a great location, on a nice small cobblestone street with many delicious restaurants nearby. Easy access to various parts of the city by train or bus. It can get a little noisy on the street late at night but that was ok. It was adequately stocked with all necessities and had good wifi. Other than the floor, the apartment felt clean.

욕조 배수상태가 좋지 않아 샤워시 매우 신경쓰였습니다~ 화장실 냄새도 좋지 않았구요.. 그 점만 개선이 된다면 훌륭할 것 같습니다!

This apartment is in the effect location to walk to all that Rome has to offer. The apartment is spacious, perfect for the 3 of us traveling, and having air conditioning was great after long days walking around Rome.

Apartamento muito bem localizado e agradável. A rua não tem muito barulho e as janelas isolam bem o som, não incomodando. A cozinha não é excepcional, mas atende bem para uma estadia curta. O andar é alto, então não vá se tiver dificuldade de locomoção. Tem uma cadeira de apoio para subas escadas, mas não sei se seu uso é livre. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá.

Lugar muito agradável. Como melhoria poderia ter alguns utensílios a mais na cozinha e, talvez, um microondas. Mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia em Roma. Obrigado!

El apartamento estaba en una zona inigualable. Se llega fácilmente caminando a muchas atracciones históricas, y cerca de paradas de bus. A 1 cuadra de via Nazionale y a 12 minutos de la terminal termini. Iryna fue muy amable en todo. El secador de pelo estaba roto y al otro día lo repuso. Siempre al pendiente de nuestra comodidad. Nos alojamos 3 personas y nos resulto muy cómodo. Muy recomendable el alojamiento

Bel emplacement. Appartement en étage, il faut avoir de bonnes jambes surtout après une journée de visites bien remplie.

L'appartement était bien, un peu bruyant vu son emplacement et pas très insonorisé. Nous n'avons pas un sommeil fragile donc cela ne nous a pas vraiment posé problème. Concernant la propreté, l'appartement était propre, cependant un ménage des portes et tissus d'ameublement devrait être envisager.

Great location. It was perfect for proximity to everything, including the train station. Great restaurants and caffes nearby and close to grocery stores (we like Elite Supermercato for the bakery but 2 smaller ones very close by). I don't think there's such a thing as not touristy in this area of Monti, but this was probably as close as possible. Space was as described and Guglielmo was super helpful when we checked in (let him or his designate introduce you to the place) and he was very responsive throughout.

Thanks for everything. Just a couple things in case it is helpful to you for future stays. There was a smell in the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of. My best guess is that it came from the bathtub, so maybe the pipes need to be 'snaked' by a plumber? Also, the cleaners didn't seem to be remotely thorough. So, if you are paying them for that, you may want to mention it to them (dishes not clean, the pots and pans were used and put away without cleaning; dirty sock between hamper and washing machine; under bed/couch/dresser/washing machine very dirty). I also noticed a fork and tissue behind one of the bedside tables before I left. We had to leave to catch our train so I didn't clean it myself so they are still there:( Not a big problem, but for your awareness, the U bend in the bathroom leaks slightly. We just put a pot underneath. Thank you again so much. I appreciate your proactiveness throughout our stay. we loved our time in Rome!

A very nice and comfortable apartment (for 4 people) located very close to many attractions in Rome. The street it is in (looks like a "typical" Italian street) is very cool, and has many restaurants, vintage clothes shops and a couple coffee shops where you can have your breakfast. If you decide not to walk it to the very centre of Rome from the apartment (15 min walking distance), you can take a public bus from a bus stop next door. The apartment is very spacious and is equipped with all that you may need (kitchen appliances, etc.). It was not a problem for us to climb the stairs to the third floor, even if we were together with our two small children (it is not so much climbing actually). Contact with the host was always very easy, fast, helpful and pleasant. Much recommended!

The apartment was actually better from what we expected. I had simply thought that for the price we paid, you could not get the quality of your apratment in the centre of Rome. Anyway, thank you very much!

Het is een mooi charmant appartement op de derde etage. Dit heeft als voordeel dat het geluid van de straat niet zo luid klinkt als op bijvoorbeeld de begane grond. Je wel goed ter been zijn om de trappen steeds op en af te lopen, want er is geen lift. Voor ons als jong gezin was dit geen enkel probleem. Het appartement is oud, maar schoon en verder voorzien van alle gemakken. Dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was, vonden wij zelf erg prettig. Wij voelden ons er meteen thuis in het appartement. Het is zeer centraal gelegen op loopafstand van o.a. het Colosseum (13 minuten) en de Trevifontein (16 minuten). In de wijk zitten genoeg leuke restaurants en barretjes. De communicatie met de host verliep erg goed en zowel het in- en uitchecken was zo gebeurd. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden aan andere reizigers. Ik hoop snel weer terug te komen.

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in je mooie appartement. Heel erg bedankt voor de goede zorg en gastvrijheid en hopelijk tot snel!

Things were fine, location is great and central to many interesting places and sites. Bus servive too. Place is roomy and kitchen had lots of free things like coffee, sugar etc. Air cond worked well. The biggest down side is the 64 step walk up, but host was clear his write up that this is the case. We enjoyed our stay.

Hi G....when the air conditioned is on, the bedroom shudders vibrate and sing, making it difficult to sleep....so we had to balance cool air vs quiet sleep. Not sure what you found on the bathroom smell...let me know.

One more note: House numbering is very confusing on via del Boschetto, FYI to next guests this is the side closest to Via Nazionale

I'm sorry I didn't respond until now but I was suffering from jet lag and finally settled down. I did really enjoyed the apartment, the location was very central and I walked everywhere. Iryna was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. The place was spotless clean and had all the amenities noted; specially the washer and hot water. 

However, I do have to point out some things for you to address. It was not noted in your description and which may surprise people when they get there that the street noise is very loud all day long and at night when the trash collectors come by every morning around 4 a.m. Even with the windows closed, I could hear peoples conversation and laughter from the restaurants below all night long till 2 a.m. You may just want to mention in your description that being centered in the city, they should expect street noise at all time and of course, this is true through all Rome.

The other issue that I think you need to address immediately is the air-conditioning condenser that's installed outside the balcony in the bedroom. When it's working, the unit bangs against the balcony railing very loudly which indicates that there should be at least a few cms further out. This will not only solve the noise issue but will save the condenser in the long run because it is also causing the condenser to overwork from the poor air circulation and being hit. I do have experience in this matter as I'm a retired mechanical engineer and specialized in building systems. You just need to extend a metal platform connected to the balcony railings and provide at least 6 cms of space for the condenser to circulate air around it.

Communication facile et rapide. Assistance de 2 personnes pour aider Gugliemo dont Iryna toujours présente par what’s ap. On a pu rentrer plus tôt en AM dès l’arrivée a Rome car c’était libre. Appartement au 3 étage pas d’ascenseur. Bien sécurisé. Entrée avec peinture à rafraîchir et il en a pris bonne note. Beaucoup de place pour 2. TV présente On avait tellement de choses à voir et faire qu’on a jamais ouvert la télé. Air climatisé, 2 unités très efficaces, dont une dans la chambre. On a très bien dormi. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec plusieurs item dont huile,sel et certaines épices et quelques pâtes. Réfrigérateur congélateur en très bon état . Epicerie a 50 m et d’autres à 100-200 m. Plusieurs restaurants terrasses et Gelateria proches. Métro à 7 minutes de marche. Endroits touristiques à 15-20 min de marche (Coliseum,Forum,Trevi, plaza d’Espagne,Pantheon, crypte Capucin Etc). Nombreux restaurant. Finalement Iryna a pris les arrangements pour qu’un taxi vienne nous chercher. Merci

Rafraîchissement et peinture de l’entrée et salle de bain. Ventilateur salle de bain avec poussière. Comme je vous l’avais demandé, il n’y avait pas de détecteur de fumée, ce qui n’est pas requis à Rome. J’avais apporté le mien. Plusieurs logements n’en ont pas. Airbnb l’a même mentionné dans le site. On est plus conscient de ça actuellement car à Montréal il y a eu un immeuble avec plusieurs Airbnb et six personnes sont décédées cette année. This apartment has an absolutely wonderful location. You are close to everything. Apartment is at the top of the building so be ready for some more stairs! Check in was very easy and Iryna communicated with us, was quick to respond and waited for us at a location. She was helpful during our stay as well. Highly recommend this apartment.

Appartement situé dans un secteur animé avec de nombreux bons restaurants et tout près des attraits touristiques


Je me permets par contre de préciser certains détails destinés aux responsables du nettoyage. Dans la salle de bains, il y avait des poils suspects sur le plancher. Nous aurons bien voulu essuyer le miroir dans la douche après chaque usage mais nous n'avons pas trouvé quoi que ce soit le faire. Enfin, une odeur désagréable se dégageait du bidet. Dans le salon, le divan aurait aussi eu besoin d'un bon nettoyage, et les murs d'une peinture fraîche. Dans la chambre à coucher, le couvre-lit aurait aussi eu besoin d'être lavé. Le plus gros avantage de cet appartement est son emplacement. On est à proximité de tout, à pied, et on a l'embarras du choix pour les restaurants! Cordialement, Yves et Sylvie

Ultimately I ended up having a great time staying here once all the kinks were worked out. The apartment is in a fabulous location for restaurants and vintage clothing shops and cute little Italian streets. It’s close enough to the tourist attractions to walk to both the colosseum and the Trevi which is awesome and it doesn’t feel like you’re in a tourist trap either. The AC works incredibly well and so does the WiFi. The apartment is a nice size and it has a washer which is great. The only draw backs are that it’s on the top floor of the building so I would recommend bringing a strong boyfriend or packing lightly. Overall the owner is very kind and will make sure you have a great stay. There’s also a bathtub which is fun. If you’re looking for a real Italian stay, this is definitely a great apartment.

Hi- thanks for the stay. I have some things listed below that I would recommend for people staying here to improve the experience. Always have someone there to help check in and check out bc of the 100 flights of stairs. Iryna helped me get my luggage up and the owner helped me get my luggage down but without them I would have died. Next: the kitchen needs a deep clean, all the plates and cups still had stickers on them and everything I used felt dirty so I had to wash it before using. The table and walls in the kitchen need to be scrubbed bc they are gross and the olive oil container needs to be replaced. The couch is also relatively dirty and needs a full cover on it. New shower curtain that isn’t so long bc the bottom is dirty. Also move the shower head to the left side of the tub because when showering all the water gets stuck on the left side bc the faucet is on the right. Get rid of the electricity limit and just raise the per night price by 10 euro bc it makes it seem cheap. Make a list of things that can be on together at the same time. I blew the power three times bc I forgot to turn off the water heater while having the blow dryer on and it’s very annoying. So make a list for the guest that says “stove + hot water = good” washing machine + AC = good. Lol bc it’s a headache. Finally the outlets in the living room under the table don’t work. Hard to work and not have a plug there. Leave a bottle of wine for the next guest and make sure the bathroom floor is clean.
