We had a fantastic few days staying in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and free of clutter. A superb rooftop view of Basilica Santa Maria was a bonus. The entrance felt very secure and the lift a godsend after a long day walking. We like walking and it’s a great location for that. The area of Monti is vibrant and arty. There were some excellent restaurants, one to mention is Ristorante Tema. We ended up returning there as the staff were so friendly, food delicious and they offered extra touches such as Limoncello and a delicious cherry and almond liqueur. For anyone wanting a peaceful home from home apartment to return to after a long day sightseeing, this is a great option and the air conditioning was the icing on the cake!! We would certainly return and will recommend to our friends and family. Guglielmo and his staff made the initial access very smooth with Iryna meeting us outside at a pre arranged time and showing us everything in the apartment. Thank you!!


Hi Guglielmo. Thanks so much for your excellent communication and please pass on our thanks to Iryna too. We had a great few days, the apartment was perfect. The only thing I’d suggest for an improvement is the shower. It’s pretty tight so I wouldn’t have wanted to be much bigger and the shower head I’m guessing was broken slightly, so held together with string which made it impossible to move around. Just a small thing but the improvement would go a long way. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. I think I said previously that we prefer to stay in the more traditional Airbnb apartments. It makes you get a better feel for the city. Thanks for all your help and we will recommend you and the apartment to friends and family. Cheers Cress

We could not have been happier with our stay in this apartment. Pascale was an amazing host who made us feel at home and helped us with some complex travel arrangements to leave Rome. The location was fantastic with everything in walking distance, including the very vibrant and fabulous Square de Fiore. And the icing on the cake, the stunning roof terrace. Don't underestimate getting up the spiral staircase with suitcases, but it will be worth it. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

This apartment is in a great central location. The space was clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed from linens & towels to coffee & cooking supplies. We were especially grateful for the air conditioning during the hot summer days. The host was very helpful and communicated clearly. The staircases are small and narrow but this was clearly reflected in the listing. We loved the double-level terrace as well, where you can look out across the rooftops and duomos of the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to experience city life in Rome. Don't forget to visit the excellent wine bar right across the street!

Thank you for your assistance with our check-in, we had a lovely stay! The mattress topper on the large bed (first-level) was extremely comfortable. We found the two small beds upstairs to be less comfortable, they might benefit from toppers as well.

Staying at Pascale's place was wonderful. The location is perfect, close to many of the main attractions at Rome, its surrounded by good restaurants and services. Pascale was very nice when receiving us, she made us feel really comfortable at home and shared good information about the city, I can tell she was by far the best host I've ever met whilst travelling with airbnb. Hopefully we'll come back to stay there again :) The only "downside" are the steep and narrow stairs to get to the apartment, but the quality of the house and surroundings surely compensate that. Bear in mind that if you have mobility issues this may not be a place for you.

Guglielmo gave us an awesome experience with his apartment in the center of Rome! From being a 15-20 walk to all the major tourist attractions, to being a stone's throw from a bustling market in Campo de Fiori and Plaza Navona, the location was perfect. Not to mention, Guglielmo’s response time and recommendations were really quality and made us feel like we were truly taken care of during our trip. Perfect home base for couples going out and about in the vast city of Rome!

Fantastic place within easy walking of many of the major sights in Rome as well as the market, and many shops and restaurants. The private rooftop terrace is also a nice feature and great place to unwind at the end of the day. Highly recommend

The experience in the apartment was wonderful. Starting with the location, it was close to everything and surrounded by beautiful places. The accomodation was perfect. We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The apartment was clean and located in a great area. Just steps away from the bustling Campo de Fiori market and countless amazing ristorante and gelateria. Everything Rome has to offer is within a 20-25 minute walk. The host was extremely responsive, and we had no trouble connecting with Alessandro at check in. We were very thankful to be able to leave our bags at the apartment upon arrival, even though we arrived earlier than the check in time.

We stayed for three nights in the middle of August, when the temperature outside was 38-40 degrees. The apartment was fantastic, lovely and cool but with the option of a shaded terrace or the roof terrace. In the evening sipping a glass on the roof terrace with a book listening to Rome bustle around was brilliant, and the view over the rooftops was fabulous. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The spiral stairs up to the apartment and within it are tight, so I would suggest not suitable for low mobility individuals, but the character they add is great. The locality has markets, gelato shops and some really great restaurants. As a host the owners were fantastic, they organised private cars to transport us to and from the airport which went off without a hitch, and responded swiftly to any questions we asked. We are looking forward to going back again!! Thank you for a fabulous base for our stay.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour chez Guglielmo. Notre arrivée a été grandement facilité avec les bons conseils de notre hôte. Le quartier est très sympa pour aller au restaurant, boire un verre ou rayonner dans la ville à pieds comme nous l'avons fait. L'appartement est d'ailleurs bien situé près des bus et taxis, assez grand et propre. Le seul bémol était le canapé-lit du salon qui faisait un creux au milieu. Le couchage est rapidement devenu inconfortable pour notre adolescent de 13 ans mais très bien pour notre fille de 5 ans. L'autre couchage dans la chambre était très bien et la clim était un vrai plus avec la température à Rome ces derniers jours. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le toit terrasse de l'immeuble où nous sommes allés tous les jours prendre le petit déjeuner ou boire un verre au soleil couchant. C'est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons cet appartement et serions prêts à y retourner le cas échéant. Merci encore.

Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis et avons apprécié tant l'environnement que l'appartement en lui-même. Guglielmo’s place is perfect. Beautiful spot in Trastevere, and right next to Ercoli, where we had one of the best meals in Rome. Great hosting, easy to communicate, and a beautiful space to stay.

This apartment is in such a terrific location—we can’t overstate how much easier it made our trip! It was walkable to the major sights and there were restaurants all around (even several steps away from the front door). Take heed that it is a hike up the stairs and the front door is fairly slim to enter. In addition, the shower/bathroom is up a set of stairs and is not built for tall people (you may have to crouch if you’re over 6’). The apartment has a beautiful terrace that we enjoyed at night (some bustle from the square and restaurants below, but we loved that) and Guglielmo and Iryna graciously allowed us to check in six hours early to accommodate the time we flew into Rome. It was a great place to spend a week, and the air conditioning was INVALUABLE. We’d definitely stay again!

Tutto bellissimo, come sempre - speriamo di tornare ! Unico neo la pompa per la Piscina non funzionante per 1 settimana nonostante Nicola abbia provato ad aiutare tempestivamente! Con le temperature altissime forse dovreste valutare di mettere l’aria condizionata. Altrimenti tutto bello! Grazie!

Location! Location! Location! Guglielmo’s place was by far the best we’ve stayed in because it was in the middle of all the sites we wanted to see! My wife and I were able to walk everywhere and if we need a taxi, there was a taxi stop just 2 min walk from the apartment. The street that we were on has amazing restaurants with great authentic foods and drinks and even a convenience store less than a minute walk. It helped 100% to have air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom for when we needed to cool off from the hot days and the washer worked really well too! The entire apartment is clean and on the first floor so no flights of steps! There is a private entry to the apartment which added more of sense of security too! Iryna who helped check us in was very sweet and helpful and she was just as responsive as Guglielmo

Communication facile et rapide. Assistance de 2 personnes pour aider Gugliemo dont Iryna toujours présente par what’s ap. On a pu rentrer plus tôt en AM dès l’arrivée a Rome car c’était libre. Appartement au 3 étage pas d’ascenseur. Bien sécurisé. Entrée avec peinture à rafraîchir et il en a pris bonne note. Beaucoup de place pour 2. TV présente On avait tellement de choses à voir et faire qu’on a jamais ouvert la télé. Air climatisé, 2 unités très efficaces, dont une dans la chambre. On a très bien dormi. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec plusieurs item dont huile,sel et certaines épices et quelques pâtes. Réfrigérateur congélateur en très bon état . Epicerie a 50 m et d’autres à 100-200 m. Plusieurs restaurants terrasses et Gelateria proches. Métro à 7 minutes de marche. Endroits touristiques à 15-20 min de marche (Coliseum,Forum,Trevi, plaza d’Espagne,Pantheon, crypte Capucin Etc). Nombreux restaurant. Finalement Iryna a pris les arrangements pour qu’un taxi vienne nous chercher. Merci

Rafraîchissement et peinture de l’entrée et salle de bain. Ventilateur salle de bain avec poussière. Comme je vous l’avais demandé, il n’y avait pas de détecteur de fumée, ce qui n’est pas requis à Rome. J’avais apporté le mien. Plusieurs logements n’en ont pas. Airbnb l’a même mentionné dans le site. On est plus conscient de ça actuellement car à Montréal il y a eu un immeuble avec plusieurs Airbnb et six personnes sont décédées cette année. Appartement zeer compleet, de eigenaar gaf ons een uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst.  Airco aanwezig in beide slaapkamers en woonkamer. En er zijn zelfs bedjes en stoelen om mee te nemen naar het strand. Voldoende handdoeken en beddegoed. Goede bedden.
Wij komen zeker terug!

This place was amazing! Perfect location, with a beautiful roof terrace with views of multiple cathedral domes. The host was very kind and thoughtful, and had even stocked the apartment with fresh fruit from the market and a lovely bottle of wine, so we were able to settle right in and relax after a long day of travel. The apartment was cool, quiet, and comfortable, with shutters that let us control the light and really helped with getting over jet lag. Our kids loved the spiral staircases and getting to have their own space. Absolutely everything was wonderful and we would love to stay here again the next time we visit Rome. Grazie per tutto!

Während unseres Aufenthalts in Rom stiegen die Temperaturen an mehreren Tagen über 40° C. Dank der Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer konnten wir uns während den heissesten Stunden des Tages gut abkühlen. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und würden die Wohnung von Marzia auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen :).

Vielen Dank für die gute Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktion auf unsere Nachrichten. Die Küche und das Bad waren bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht zu 100% sauber. Aufgrund des relativ hohen Preises der Unterkunft, hätten wir da ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Alles in allem hatten wir jedoch einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Rom :). This apartment has an absolutely wonderful location. You are close to everything. Apartment is at the top of the building so be ready for some more stairs! Check in was very easy and Iryna communicated with us, was quick to respond and waited for us at a location. She was helpful during our stay as well. Highly recommend this apartment.

As for cleaning goes, I just wanted you to know, so you can address with them for future cleanings. :) I would suggest to change the shower curtain as well :) (sorry just a side note, as I'm not sure i

This place is charming with a fantastic location, especially for first-time visitors--all the "big" spots are easy walks away. It is a fifth-floor walkup, which can make for a long end-of-day trip home, but considering how close it is to everything it's a fair trade-off. The hosts were extremely communicative, and there was even a (fairly extensive) list of local restaurant recommendations. One review mentioned how hot the place was, but our first day there it reached 100 degrees (Fahrenheit, of course!), and the place has so many windows that we had a very comfortable night by just opening everthing up. Hopefully it won't be too many years before we can get back to Rome, but when we do we will definitely be staying here again!

We absolutely loved your place and would love to return. We also loved the posters--we looked up L'Attico but, alas, it was closed while we were there. Thanks for being such excellent hosts!
