Una estancia maravillosa. Un antiguo apartamento romano en el corazón de la ciudad y muy cómodo y tranquilo. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Hola. Sólo quería avisarte de dos problemas que imagino que ya conoces. Primero, hay muchas hormigas. A nosotros no nos molestan pero si después de limpiar pasas un paño húmedo con lejía acaban desapareciendo. En Sevilla hay muchas pero ahora nosotros no tenemos ni una. Lo segundo es que el tubo de la ducha está roto y el agua no sale correctamente habría que cambiarlo. Por lo demás tienes una casa estupenda. Ah regamos las plantas del patio casi todos los días para intentar cuidartelas. Gracias

El apartamento tiene el equipamiento y las comodidades suficientes para una estadía larga, ideal para una pareja sola o con un hijo menor. No es grande pero es cómodo. Está en un 4° piso de un típico viejo edificio romano, pero al contrario de la mayoría de estos edificios, éste tiene ascensor. Su anfitrión está atento y reponde rápidamente a cualquier inconveniente. Pero lo mejor que tiene es su ubicación: en pleno centro histórico. A pasos del Campo di Fiori, a 5 minutos a pié de la Piazza Navona y con la mayor parte de los puntos de atracción al alcance de caminatas a pié.

Excellent location, close to many of the sites that we wanted to see. Lots of good restaurants and shops right in the vicinity and others within a few minutes walk. Check-in process was smooth and we appreciated the opportunity to check in early. Everything was clean and comfortable and a wonderful spot to come home to at the end of the day. Air conditioning worked well and was welcome after long days of walking in the heat. The two terraces were wonderful and we had the opportunity to see some amazing sunsets over St. Peter's Basilica. As the listing states, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment on the 3rd floor (as is common with many apartments in Rome) and additional steps to the terraces. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while we were in Rome. Grazie mille.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town near Piazza Navona - it's hard to imagine a better place to stay in Rome! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Guglielmo's place! Everything Trastevere offers was on my doorstep and the apartment was just around the corner from the University where I was teaching, so the location was wonderful. It is also very accessible to both the Ponte Sisto and the Ponte Mazzini both of which take you right into the heart of the Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona areas of Rome. It is also a short walk to Vatican City and the beautiful St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museum. The apartment was well-appointed and the bed comfortable! The a/c was a bonus during an oppressive heatwave and needed during high summer travel months! Grazie mille, Guglielmo!

thanks a lot again, we were very happy overall, you have a beautiful apartment and everything that we used worked well (Airconditioning, fridge, internet, etc.). Also very charming that it's full of everyday things and not dressed up like any average airbnb, I guess and hope you will keep it that way! =) Also everything was well prepared and clean (bed, towels, bathroom).

One small thing: There was quite lot of dust in the apartment (on the windowsills, cornices, walls, etc...). It would be worth it to properly dust it off for once. For me it did not matter much, but the friend that stayed with me is allergic to dust, so for him it was a bit tough in the first days.

In any case, thank you again!

Éramos 3 y el dpto. verdaderamente es para 2. el sillón cama tenía una division en el medio en un lugar que hacía imposible poder dormir, además de ser muy chico el espacio.Pagamos una suma importante entiendo por la ubicación mas no por el departamento en sí.

Éramos 3, alquilamos por 5 días y nos dejaron solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico. El espacio podría rediseñarse de modo más funcional para el turista, en más ganchos para colgar o espacio de guardado y desde ya ese sillón cama no funciona como tal

Capisco quello che dici, ma infatti, se guardi la nostra corrispondenza nel primo messaggio che ti ho mandato ti scrivevo proprio che il soggiorno non ha privacy (perché bisogna attraversarlo per arrivare in bagno e cucina) ed è un divano letto, è adatto per un bambino, non per un'adulto. Io ti avevo avvisato ma tu mi hai detto che non era un problema al momento della prenotazione, è tutto scritto :) mi dispiace per il malinteso, ma se leggi il mio messaggio vedrai che ero stato molto chiaro.

Amazing location! It sits on a tiny, wonderful square with birds and flowers, completely quiet, almost too romantic, and still literally just steps away from this fantastic, vibrant restaurant area (pedestrian, so no sounds of cars). Just a two minutes, beautiful walk over the Ponte Sisto bridge into the historical center, and a 20 min walk along the riverbank to St Peter’s basilica.
We stayed there with two kids and were happy to discover that there were no sounds from the streets during the night, that every room had closable doors and shutters and that the living room was bigger than we expected.
Also, there’s a big terrace with a very nice view over rooftops, churches and Janiculum hill. Even though the terrace was not filled with flowers as in some of the other terraces around, it was still a relief to have a calm outdoor space for a morning coffee. And I guess the host might make it more cosy as high season approaches.
Very easy communication.
All in all, a wonderful stay!

As for recommendations, we suggest:
- Consider a way to help guests that are not able to convince taxi drivers to drive all the way to the front door. It might be to meet them halfway, to arrange with a shop owner to hold the luggage for a while, or just inform the guest beforehand. Just to make sure you won’t get critique for the unexpected inconvenience it causes the guest.
- Make the terrace cosy with some easy arrangements, such as flowers and an outdoor armchair. Easy!
- Important: arrange for a shutter or a blackout curtain in the small living room window. The room fills with light from this window, waking kids up early in the morning quite unnecessarily. I almost wrote it in my general review but decided not to, as I hope you will do something about it. Might be good for you to know that it affects families experience.

I had a truly lovely week-long stay that was 50% work and 50% vacation. The location is great: walkable to so many sights, great shopping, and restaurants, and on a quiet street (great for sleeping). The host was super helpful, gave clear directions, and was responsive to all of my questions before and after I arrived. I had everything that I needed - the kitchen was well equipped, hair dryer, iron, wifi, TV, washing machine, etc. I would absolutely stay here again.


Hi, I really had a great stay and found everything easy to use and access. Having Iryna there to show me around made it easy - showing me how to use keys, wifi setup, trash disposal, pointing out all the amenities like the iron, dishwasher, etc. I was grateful for the opportunity to drop my suitcase early. I don't have any recommendations for the host.

This place is lovely! The location is absolutely amazing. We especially liked how homey and comfortable the apartment was. There are two shared terraces with great views, we mostly used them for drying our laundry because we were outside most of the day and evening doing Rome stuff! Go for it!

Apartamento espaçoso e muito bem localizado. Muito limpo e bem arrumado. Anfitrião muito presente e prestativo. Voltarei com certeza. Observação importante: como é comum em Roma, o prédio não tem elevador, tendo-se que subir alguns lances de escada.

Plek is ideaal, erg centraal en alles is op loopafatand. leuk interieur (een soort hollywood art deco gevoel geeft het) met een klein maar fijn balkon om op te chillen of eten. Wel kan het s'nachts luidruchtig zijn buiten wat je goed hoort als je op de slaapbank slaapt.

We waarderen de communicatie en het feit dat we iets langer konden blijven. leuk appartement met goede ligging. Alleen is het s' nachts en vooral s'ochtends niet helemaal donker te maken in de woonkamer voor de mensen op de slaapbank.

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this apartment. It was clean, well serviced and Guglielmo (the manager) is always available and super helpful with any issues or concerns. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Overall the apartment is quiet and peaceful, and it’s really situated in the most convenient location in Rome. Close to all the major attractions and sights. Supermarket, pharmacy, shops, restaurants and bars are all on your doorstep. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé. Je vois uniquement un point à améliorer pour les séjour longs, comme le mien. Je n'ai pas pu laver les draps : il y a bien une machine à laver, mais l'etendoir à linge est trop petit pour faire sécher les draps.

Une pure merveille, nichée au coeur de Rome, à 2 pas du Panthéon et la place Navonne - et de Giolitti, le glacier le plus réputé de la ville! Très spacieux, frais malgré la chaleur du printemps romain, avec une mention particulière pour la literie, très confortable, et la terrasse, où l'on déguste son café le matin comme les Romains. Le quartier fourmille de restaurants et est très vivant le soir, sans que la rumeur ne parvienne aux fenêtres de l'appartement. Nous avons fait de nombreux séjours à Rome, et nous avons enfin trouvé notre adresse idéale.

Encore merci à Iryna pour son accueil et sa réactivité, ce fut un plaisir de séjourner dans ce merveilleux endroit. Rome nous manque déjà!

This choice for our location to stay in Trastevere, Rome could not have been better. The location was walkable to all the main restaurants and nightlife close by, yet far enough away to be free from crowds and noise. The rental was clean and cozy and felt very safe, I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Trastevere.

Le logement est très bien placé mais ne convient pas à un couple et un enfant. L’architecture est originale mais a mal vieilli et le logement souffre d’un manque important d’entretien. Il est en mauvais état, peu propre et pas fonctionnel : l’évier est sur le balcon et il y a juste 2 plaques à distance dans le salon, très peu de couverts. L’appartement est juste prévu pour y dormir, pas pour cuisiner (même sommairement). Le couchage sur le canapé n’en est pas un. La terrasse devait être très jolie mais elle est sale. Beaucoup de luminaires et de prises ne fonctionnent pas. Il n’y a pas de porte pour fermer la chambre, et il n’y a pas de volet sur toutes les fenêtres

Cela dit, permettez-nous d’apporter quelques précisions afin de corriger certains points qui nous surprennent :

Tout d’abord, le ménage est assuré par une agence professionnelle. Nous sommes donc étonnés de lire que l’appartement n’était pas propre, d’autant plus que vous avez rencontré notre équipe pendant votre séjour sans signaler ce problème sur place, ce qui nous aurait permis d’intervenir immédiatement.

Concernant la cuisine, l’appartement est équipé de trois plaques à induction mobiles, qui peuvent être utilisées facilement dans différentes zones, y compris sur la terrasse.

Le canapé est un canapé-lit design, conçu pour être utilisé comme couchage si nécessaire. Il est vrai qu’il est plutôt ferme, mais il s’agit d’un modèle de qualité et fonctionnel.

Toutes les prises ainsi que les lumières sont en état de fonctionnement ; cependant, certains interrupteurs commandent plusieurs circuits, ce qui peut demander un peu d’attention à l’usage.

Toutes les fenêtres sont bien équipées de volets pour se protéger de la lumière extérieure.

Enfin, nous confirmons que l’appartement est un studio (open space), comme indiqué dans l’annonce, et qu’il ne propose donc pas de séparation complète pour la chambre.

Nous prenons néanmoins bonne note de vos remarques sur l’entretien et la terrasse, qui seront vérifiées avec attention.

I really enjoyed staying in this airy and characterful apartment. It felt clean and homely, but with a personality and sense of history and of family that so many Airbnb's lack. The layout of the flat allowed for great circulation around the place and my friends and I were nice and cool even without resorting to the fans and aircon. Overall a really memorable stay and I hope to return one day.

Just so you know, we noticed a couple of the chairs were slightly broken - one had a broken/faulty leg and one quite splayed legs. Other than that I found the ironing board quite difficult to use so wondered if you might think of upgrading that (it was very padded with sheets which crumpled when in use, and quite dusty due to being stored horizontally under the bed). No complaints just wanted to let you know in case the honest feedback is useful.
