Apartment located in a single building surrounded by greenery in a quiet little street perpendicular to the main street in the neighborhood of the Habsburgs.
The apartments are located on a quiet street near Plaza “ Ramales “ leading to “Plaza de Oriente”, where you can take a walk through its beautiful gardens, such as Sabatini, visit the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral or promenade down Bailén street until the “ Vistillas “ and watch the beautiful sunsets.
Leaving the apartment a few meters you will find the emblematic San Miguel Market, recently renovated retaining all its original features from 1916. Located in a building of cultural interest , with its history wrought in iron. In the market you not only can make your daily shopping of fruits and vegetables, you will find various posts of the best pasta, vegetables, chocolates, cheeses, oysters and Fair-trade stalls, advising customers and offering immediate tasting products.
Later you will come across the “ Plaza Mayor “ and down the “ Cuchilleros “ street will push out into the famous Cava Baja in La Latina neighborhood. But if you want to come across the square more quickly you will find the good atmosphere of the Plaza Santa Ana with its pleasant terraces. Hanging around through you will discover a wide offer of bars and restaurants where you can take delicious appetizers. You can also do a cultural tour down the “Paseo del Prado” where there are Madrid's most emblematic museums such as Thyssen, Prado, Caixa Forum, the Reina Sofia or many Art Galleries that offer interesting and alternative exhibitions.
The apartment is a semi-basement, down the hall from the entrance to the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen; fridge, microwave and all the necessary items. Then we find the dining room with a sofa double bed, flat screen TV and a small stereo. Both, the living room and the lounge end into a nice little courtyard, furnished to take a small breakfast, snack or just as a place of break ... The bedroom has a double bed that can be converted into two single beds. The bathroom counts with a fantastic massage-shower.
