Very well located apartment, allowing you to walk to all Madrid's main atractions. Secure underground parking was a huge bonus.  The apartment was well equipped and it was lovely to have an unexpected welcome pack of pastries,milk and a bottle of wine. The warm welcome of the 'caretaker' was also appreciated. All in all would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Old and basic, but clean apartment. Beds rather small, and not such a good quality.

The apartment is superbly locatecd a couple of blocks from Gran Via one of Madrid's main arteries and near a metro stop. The apartment itself is an absolute charm. Very well eqiuipped, sunny, cozy and comfortable. Maria was also very accomodating. We had a late train to Barcelona and she let us check out late in the evening, a little quirk which we deeply appreciated. We would defintely use Maria's services if we ever return to Madrid.
