a XVI century building with great view (Coronari 1 has also a terrace). It is located near Piazza Navona in the historical
center of Rome in an area ideal for visitors. All major tourist attractions are at a walking distance.
In this area you will also find the best shopping and dining in town and a thriving night life.
The apartment (around 40 m2) has 1 bedroom (queen size bed) , 1 bathroom, living, kitchen and can host up to 4 persons with a sleeping couch
(2 single beds) in the living.
It is quiet and sunny with wooden beam
ceilings, parquet floors and is fully equipped with kitchen, air condition, heating, wi-fi connection.
Towels and linen are provided. Minimum stay 3 nights.

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral in Rom.
Sehr lästig: Man muß selber die Haustür und die richtige Klingel finden, da der Vermieter in der Wohnung wartet und nicht unten an der ersten Eingangstür. Die genaue Adresse steht nur in der ursprünglichen Bestätigungsmail, danach steht im email Verkehr nur noch die Veranstalternummer, die nicht hilfreich ist. Dann gibt´s 4 Schlüssel für 4 Eingangstüren, die mehr oder weniger stark klemmen, anfangs sind gute Nerven beim Auf- und Zusperren nötig. Das kleinere Appartment ist nur für Personen < 170 cm geeignet, alle anderen müssen die Köpfe auf der Treppe einziehen. Oben ist eine offene Galerie mit Doppelbett, die Matratze war o.k.. Die Einrichtung ist z.T. abgewohnt und sehr spartanisch (Töpfe, Handtücher), aber mit Mikrowelle und Sandwichmaker. Das Bad fand ich eher gräßlich, vor allem wegen des starken unangenehmen Geruch, den andere schon früher beschrieben haben (innenliegendes Bad, alte Rohre). Kein einziger nicht-italienischer Sender im TV. W-Lan geht manchmal. Wen das alles nicht stört, der kann wie ein Römer in zentraler ruhiger Lage leben.
