Modern, two-room apartment in the heart of Warsaw at the intersection of Marsza?kowska and Jasna streets with a view to the Palace of Culture and Science, within a walking distance to the main train station (Warszawa Centralna). In the vicinity of the building there is Warsaw Philarmonic, as well as famous streets: Chmielna and Nowy ?wiat.

There is a space to sleep for two couples in two rooms. The apartment - despite of the location - is quiet.

In the living room there is a table for 4 people, broadband Internet access and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new equipment: oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom you will find a shower with rain shower. Windows with blinds from the internal area will provide peace and unhampered stay, while the functional, modern and interestingly decorated interior will make your stay as convenient as possible.

The building is guarded and there is a concierge on the ground floor as well.

The apartment is located in a very convenient place for public transport, near two metro stations (M1 and M2): Centrum and ?wi?tokrzyska, closely to stop for bus no. 175 going to/from the Warsaw Chopin Airport and to stop for the Modlin Airport Shuttle bus (next to the Palace of Culture and Science). You can also find shopping centers in the area: Domy Centrum and Z?ote Tarasy with many famous brand shops and restaurants.

The apartment is perfect for both business and tourist stays.

- key pickup takes place at  4 Corazziego street ( office space no. 8 on the ground floor).
- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN
Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
