It is located few steps away from the little, charming square “della Graziella” which takes its name from the old neighborhood between the ruins of the stunning greek temple dedicated to Apollo and the colorful open air market.
Ginevra Lovatelli the owner of this property is Roman and fell in love with Ortigia almost 10 years ago. Her dream to have a place to stay here came finally true when she bought this little building that she has restored and decorated with a lot of passion. A personal and sophisticated touch is given also by her Flemish husband’s artworks spread all over the place!

At the ground floor you’ll find:a bright and comfortable living room with with a sofa/bed (french size double bed: width 140cm), coffee table, armchair and satellite TV
a charming kitchen/ dining room decorated with old shabby furniture and local traditional ceramics with gas stove, fridge and freezer, table for 6 people and a door/window
a bathroom with shower

At the first floor you’ll find:large and bright master bedroom with standard double bed (width: 160cm) 2 bedside table, a wardrobe, two lovely door windows with balconies, one with a small sea view

a double bedroom with two single beds, two bedside table, a chest of drawers and two windows
bathroom with bath tub

At the second and top floor you’ll find:a charming “summer kitchenette” with gas stove and a small fridge where is possible to keep fresh the drinks and to cook the meals you can enjoy on the lovely terrace overlooking the rooftops accessible climbing four more steps. Here you can relax sunbathing, reading a book, sipping fresh Sicilian squeezed oranges or having a barbecue with family or friends

Few steps away from the market, Apollo’s Temple, cafes, shops and two of the best restaurants in town.
a 5 minutes brings you to the closest access to the sea where you can relax swimming in clean water and sunbathing on big rocks or wooden even if you are in the historical centre of a city!
a 10 minutes walk will bring you in the famous square of the Cathedral and a 15 minutes walk to the romantic spot of the mythological spring “Fonte Aretusa”

Particularly fresh in the summertime is also very good for elder guests who normally prefer to sleep on the same floor where they have the living and the kitchen without climbing the steps too many times a day or for small kids that are not very interested in brightness and panoramic views but just need a fresh room and a comfy bed!
