Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
A super luxurious 1 bedroom penthouse apartment, amazing views on the mountains on the 12th floor with a double size bed, split airconditioning in bedroom AND livingroom, cable television in the livingroom and ofcourse wireless internet.
It is as top penthouse, very quiet, and located centrally.
Guests will only have access to the apartment and building. It is not allowed to use any of the buildings amenities.
It is located in Posto 2.
Close to the apartment are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and night life.
And ofcourse the famous Avenida Atlantico it within 300 meters walking distance.
Shopping center Rio Sul is only 5 minutes walking.
Busses are stopping closeby the apartment and the metro station is also at wakling distance.
At arrival you will need to register at the reception (=doorman) of the building and they will make a copy of your passports.
We will wait for you when you arrive. If needed, we do can organize VIP taxi pickups.
