Rental Description:

This beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located literally in the center of Los Angeles near one of locals main attractions- The Grove. The building is a 1920s Spanish-style building which resides in one of the most exciting areas of Los Angeles. The location has easy access to the most popular 3rd Street and Fairfax restaurants- and there is affordable additional parking available in a parking lot just 2 blocks away. 

These lovely vintage apartments are 2 bedroom, 1 bathrooms featuring sleeper sofa's in the living area allowing for up to 6 guest to be accommodated. Each living area features a flat-screen television as well. Most of these unites come with a built in breakfast bar that many use as a desk. These desk work beautifully for business travelers who need a work station while traveling. 

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic utensils and cook ware. Please note we only provides basic furnishings for all of their kitchen areas. Specialty items such as rice-cookers, crock-pots, etc are not provided. We do provide popular item like coffee makers and toasters in all units. 

The Master-bedrooms of each of these vacation rentals feature a queen to king sized bed- and also have a flat-screen television. The spare-bedrooms feature two larger twin sized beds for those who need to break up sleeping arrangements. 

Aside from being able to walk to The Grove, this unit is also very close to LACMA and the famous Labrea Tar Pits. If you are seeking a vacation rental near the West Hollywood area- this is probably as close as you can legally get at this time as the City of West Hollywood currently does not allow vacation rentals at this time. This rental is located just 1.3 miles from the center of West Hollywood and exactly 3 miles from the center of Hollywood.
