Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The apartment is fully equipped with all the needed furniture and electronics. All of the furniture in the apartment is brand new; the flat itself has just been planned and decorated, so you will fully enjoy the novelty and freshness.
The room has a spacious double bed made of oak with a new mattress and a reinforced metal frame, you can be sure nothing will break! There’s also a comfortable double sofa bed for your convenience, TV-set, a chest of drawers and a coffee table in the room.
The kitchen is fully staffed with all of the useful devices. There’s no need to spend time washing the dishes, we’ve got the built-in dishwasher specially to leave more time for you to enjoy the city! The refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, all of the cutlery, spatula and cooking utensils are supplied.
You can also see a wardrobe in the hall with a large front mirror. The iron and the ironing board are in there.
The bathroom has a large bath tub, and warm floor.
Modern apartment in a newly built house, bright and spacious, 7 min walk to Livoberezhna metro station (600 m) and 15 min walk to the International Exhibition Center (IEC). The flat is at 25th floor so you will enjoy the magnificent view of Kiev (the apartment has panoramic windows).
Convenient area with developed infrastructure: the metro station is nearby, so you can easily get to the city centre in 10 min by metro. The district offers you modern shopping centers and boutiques, banks and service facilities nearby. You can enjoy a pleasant walk along the Rusanivska quay and be delighted by the Dnieper River or relax in a park nearby.
