Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Cute and bright penthouse apartment in the heart of the Old Quarter of Bilbao overlooking the Cathedral of Santiago.
The apartment is built in an open space of 45m2 with all the basics for a pleasant and short stay.
This penthouse is perfect for a couple or three friends, nevertheless it can accommodate up to 4 people, as there is a double bed and a sofa bed where two people enter.
The kitchen is very practical and is equipped with two hobs, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine.
You will find all kinds of kitchenware to cook and eat, such as plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans and more.
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, bath towels, hair dryer and a small hot air radiator. It has a 75L capacity thermos, enough for 3 or 4 showers followed.
The penthouse has heating and air conditioning in one device which serves both cold air to warm air through your heat pump.
Whether you come for business or leisure, we offer you a key for a completely free WIFI, and for more entertainment you will also find a TV in the lounge.
The apartment is on the fifth floor without elevator, which is not recommended for elderly people, but if you're strong not be a problem.
As for the area and the neighborhood, you are one of the best areas of Bilbao, because you are a 9-minute walk from the center, 1 minute walk from the tram stop Ribera and 5 minutes walk from the metro Casco Viejo.
In the street itself you will find two grocery shops where you may anything you need, bars and restaurants to eat something and you are in front of the Cathedral of Santiago where you can enjoy a coffee in one of the outdoor terraces and visit the Cathedral itself.
You can go to visit the Arriaga theater (5min walk) and inquire about Bilbao on the tourist office located in a corner of it.
And for any other queries or questions you can ask that you attend the hostess delighted!
