Elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort. All rooms are en suite. Its position is strategic for visiting the city, in fact, with a pleasant short walk you can reach the beautiful Piazza Navona, San Pietro, Castel S. Angelo, S. Maria in Trastevere, etc. etc..
Of course there are no time limits, the guest has his own key to return at any time.
All rooms are equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, safe, coffee maker
The price includes:
”Italian” breakfast which consists of coffee pods, milk, different teas, chamomile, fresh orange juice, fruit juices, cereals, croissants, biscuits, toast, jam, butter, nutella, yogurt, seasonal fruit.
Daily cleaning of rooms

Trastevere is the most popular district and one of the most characteristic of the city. The people of Trastevere consider themselves the most “authentic” among Romans. The urban and social texture has remained the same throughout the years; entering Trastevere from the Tiberina Island you will notice narrow labyrinth-like streets, ancient buildings, “pittoresque” corners, medieval towers and houses, renaissance cloisters and some of the most beautiful medieval churches of Rome.
Trastevere is a very lively and dynamic Rione of Rome; many artisan shops and art galleries are open until late at night. Romans themselves go to the numerous clubs and restaurants of Trastevere which are suitable for all tastes and pockets. Every Sunday morning, near Viale Trastevere, the famous “Porta – Portese” flee-market takes. If you happen to visit this market remember that bargaining on the price is mandatory!

This place served the purpose of what we needed in Rome - an affordable place to stay across the river in Trastevere, which is a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is definitely small, but for a 2 night stay we just needed a convenient home base with a comfy bed and reasonable bathroom, which is what we got. I'd recommend this room to the right people, some will find it not big enough, but my wife and I thought it was great value, especially for its location right in the heart of Trastevere. And another benefit is that the room we were in was on the courtyard (inside of the building) and we found it to be very quiet and easy to sleep.
