65m2 apartment with 30m2 terrace set on the 4th and last floor with elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, desk, phone, table and chairs, TV, DVD player window, AC;
KITCHEN
With gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs, cupboards, utensils;
BEDROOM
With king size bed, wardrobe, AC, window;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, wc;
TERRACE
With table and chairs, potted plants;
Independent heating, AC, TV, DVD player, phone, washing machine, dishwasher, terrace, elevator, Internet.
Works will be in progress on the balcony above the apartment for the entire month of June. The terrace won't be accessible.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie ist sauber, mit der Zeit sehen die Möbel halt nicht mehr so neu und frisch aus, das ist aber normal und absolut verzeihbar. Der Balkon ist gemütlich und gross.Der Vermieter (Luca) ist sehr freundlich! Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht ganz so zentral, aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ohne grosse Umstände in 10-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, und die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Ferienwohnung.
