It's only a 5 minute walk to St Germain des Pres area by one of themost romantic bridge in Paris, the 'Pont des Arts'. 8 minutes stroll to the cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris, and 10 minutes to the Ile Saint Louis. Everything you need for your home away from home is there. Small but adorable two-story flat, fully equipped. Located in the center of historical Paris on the stylish rue Saint-Honore. Close to metro, RER, and buses stations, there is also a taxi stand just around the corner, making it so easy to go everywhere in the city. GreatParis apartment rental by the Louvre. Includes a lockable safe for valuables.
**PLEASE NOTE/ 3 people accepted for weekly rental, 2 people only for monthly rental.
There's a charge of 50€ for any check in or check out during the week-end or french public holiday (due on arrival)
After the payment of the first account through Cities Reference, the manager will ask another account of 20% of the remaining balance Before arrival. Instructions will be given to you after the reservation.
