The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated representative building. Functional spaces, fully furnished in a contemporary context and style. The location of this apartment will allow you to visit all attractions of the capital on foot. You can find the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and Royal Palace, within 10 minutes walking. Just 600m is the Calle Preciados that meets the Gran Via, forming the main shopping area of the city (El Corte Ingles, Zara, Fnac ...) also have at your disposal a wide variety of theaters, cinemas and the best dining and entertainment Madrid (tapas, restaurants, music, nightclubs, ...) in the city that never sleeps.
Close to other neighborhoods such as Chueca, known for its gay friendly bars, or the Barrio de las Letras, where there are succulent tapas and flamenco joints, or La Latina which has become a sort of ethinic melting pot of this capital city.
Nearby, behind Plaza Mayor you'll find a lovely market with tapas called Mercado de San Miguel, offering all the delicious gourmet food you can find in Spain.
