The Bernabéu apartment is located on the Paseo de la Castellana, real backbone of the city, in the heart of the cosmopolitan district of Azca, financial and business centre of Madrid, considered the Manhattan of Madrid, and opposite the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and next to the Congress Palace. The Azca neighbourhood was designed by the architect Antonio Perpiñá, inspired by the model of Rockefeller Centre in New York. Currently, there are in AZCA some of the taller buildings, modern and emblematic of the city as the Windsor Tower (destroyed by fire in 2005), BBVA Bank Tower designed by Saenz de Oiza, Europa Tower by Oriol, Tower Picasso by Yamasaki and Tower Mahou by Raul Eduardo Salata and Arquitectos Asociados SA for Mutua Madrileña.
This neighbourhood is also a shopping area with several shopping malls, including Fashion Shopping Center and El Corte Ingles. It also has all amenities, restaurants, tapas bars and entertainment.
The apartment Bernabéu is a bright and spacious apartment, great location to spend a few days in Madrid both as a tourist and business travellers due to its strategic location on the Paseo de la Castellana, opposite the Bernabeu. Also very well-connected with the efficient public transportation (subway or bus) with the other areas of the city and to visit some of the most important museums of Madrid (Prado, Thyssen, Reina Sofia, etc..) That is reached with Bus in just 15 minutes.
The Metro (stops Cuzco and Bernabeu) is 50 meters and 10 meters is the Bus stop.
And for the night, this area also has many fine restaurants and trendy bars, all within walking distance.

Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Check in and Check out: flexible, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: flexible. Full refund 1 day prior to arrival.

Once you arrive to Madrid and before heading to the apartment must call +34 656719827 to confirm your check-in time at least 55 minutes in advance:
• If coming by plane, please call once you have landed so that our staff has time enough to go and wait for you in the apartment.
• If coming by car or train, please call one hour before arrival.

In order to guarantee the return of the apartment in perfect conditions, a 200 € deposit will be requested, refundable once the apartment and its belongings have been returned in proper conditions.
Remember that the cleaning services of 40€ will be paid in the check- in.
And that arrivals after 21:00 pm have an extra charge of 30€.

These charges must be paid in cash.
