Beautiful apartment recently refurbished in the heart of Paris at the center of the most chic districts of the Capital., located on the 3rd floor with an elevator 2mn. walk to the most beautiful avenue in the world: the Champs-Elysées.  This very beautiful, elegant and peaceful apartment is tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture and will provide you a comfortable and restful stay in Paris. The building is well kept, has security-controlled access,  the apartment has a fully equipped and modernised brand new kitchen. A very comfortable queen-size bed and extra luxurious queen size sofa-bed in the living room.Internet ADSL and WiFi access in all the flat; TV Philips LCD (flat screen) by cable with more than 200 channels in French, English, Spanish, German, Arabic, Russian RAI, CNBC, Sky News, TVE, GloboTV, Bloomberg, DW TV, etc.

A complementary bottle of Champagne will be provided upon arrival. Your stay will be an unforgettable one.

The remaining amount is due in cash upon your arrival or Paypal before your arrival when we will hand you the keys and show you the apartment and around.

A fully refundable damage/security deposit of 600 € is required for stays less than a week. This deposit will be done via PayPal 3 days prior to your arrival. We will refund the deposit 3 days upon your departure if there are no incidents during the stay. To date, we are proud that we have returned 100% of our deposits.

Cancellation policy : Should you cancel your reservation more than 90 days in advance the reservation deposit is forfeited. Should you cancel your reservation 90 days or less, the total rental charge is forfeited. For check In/Out after 20:00 and 08:00 there will be charge of 40 €.
We can provide for you a baby sitter, transportation from and to the airport and a maid service at an additional cost. Grocery shopping ready for your arrival can be arranged as well.
Our calendar is up to date on a daily basis.
We offer a 10% discount for last minute bookings (less than 7 days prior to your arrival).
Fee: € 50/stay for heating from November to March.
Cleaning before arrival and after leaving is offered for stays over 10 days.
Towels Yves Delorme and linens are provided. Free High Speed Internet WiFi and over 200 cable channels are free. Free telephone calls to fixed lines to 107 countries (USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Netherland, Spain, Italy, Russia, Brazil, Japan, China, etc....). Price of 35m2 (450 sq.ft.) room hotels in this very select district are between 900€-1400€/night.
We are very well priced for this extremely expensive district and our apartment is as luxurious as the Bristol Hotel (which is just behind the flat) and more comfortable .
