I stayed in the appartment for almost a week. Friendly staff, good contact before arrival with detailed explanation how to get to the place etc. Very good costs to value, excellent location near the city centre, clean inside. Cons: aa bit noisy at night (old windows) and small bathroom. Otherwise all good.

The location was excellant.  There was excellant acess to all bus, tram and trains.  All sights we went to were one bus away.  There was several authentic restaurants just on the other side of the wall and the Pizza place downstairs came in handy.  The apartment was a good size.  It fit five of us comfortably.  Air conditioning was nice to have and the room and bedding were clean and the area felt safe.  We had a great time.

Buona la posizione assolutamente strategica all'interno del servizio di trasporti romano.
L'appartamento è piccolo ma tenuto in buone condizioni sia per quanto riguarda la manutenzione che per la serie di attrezzature a disposizione.
Un po' fastidiosi i rumori provenineti dalla strada nelle ore notturne.
Tutto sommato una sistemazione di buon livello che ci ha lasciato completamente soddisfatti. Da consigliare.

Apartment was excellent.  Well located near metro and plenty of room for our family of five.  Air conditioning was welcome during the Roman summer.  Shower is small but functional and kitchen is small but well equipped.  When my wife arrived owner asked for an extra payment for some sot of new tax.  As this was not specified in our original agreement, we did not pay and the owner accepted that.  Be sure to confirm total prioce before arrival.

Communication by e-mail with the owner agency after booking was always prompt and detailed. We arrived at 22h (there's a late-arrival fee after 20h) and were received on time by an employee of the agency that manages the apartment. He took the time to explain how everything worked. The apartment is very well located, there's a supermaket around the corner and a good pizza place downstairs that closes late, there's also a pharmacy downstairs in case of emergency, and a gourmet shop around the corner for last minute gifts. From the apartment we could take the 23 bus directly to the vatican, or the 271 to P. Venezia, or the 118 to Via Appia or the metro to Termini for the bus to the airport. Rome has an extremely well organised bus system. The apartment was clean, towels, hair-drier and everything needed to cook was provided, our only complaint would be the lack of a coffee-maker. The beds were comfortable (there are no single beds), and the table is big enough for 5 adults. The apartment is noisy but you would expect as much being the centre, and you get the odours from the pizza place in the morning but since we got out early each morning the smell of pizza was not a problem at all. When we first arrived there was a faint mouldy smell but opening the windows was enough to clear the air inside the first night.
We didn't carry a laptop with us so we didn't ask for wifi. At the end of our stay, we simply left the kitchen clean and the keys on the table. I highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is a little on the small side, but more that sutible for a family of 4-6 people or couples travelling together. It contains all the necessary amenities, including air-conditioning. A perfect place to come home to after a long day of touring the sites of rome. The apartment is located within a 2 minute walking distance of both Piramide Train & Metro Station and the Pyramid Attraction itself. There is a fantastic pizza bar/cafe just 2 doors away, selling hot pizza cuts all day long. This bar is also open until late at night. This is a nice quiet apartment, great for a relaxing holiday.
