Two family ( 10 people! ) decided to give it a try: was the best decision we made on our whole trip to rome. the place was excellent in everyway ,had all that we needed, 6 clean beds to sleep.

The apartment had plenty of room for my wife and I and our 5 children. My wife and I actually had a room for ourselves.  We enjoyed the unique style of the ceilings. The owner was very friendly and helpful.  He allowed us to park our 8 passenger van just outside the apartment but within a locked fence.  The AC worked in both rooms quite well.  The dehumidiers worked as well and they were key to keep the moisture down and keeping the air from getting musky.  My wife utilized the washing machine just outside the apartment and then hung dry the clothes.  The location being just 10 minutes walking NW of Vatican city was great.  Each day we walked around the Vatican over to the East and South to sight-see except the last day when we walked to the Vatican museum entrance in about 10 minutes.  It took us about 50 minutes to walk to the Coliseum but that was no problem.  It was a great experience.  Huss

The apartment was OK, but certainly does not have the required space and infrastructure to have 10 people (sleeps 10 people on sofa beds, but the bathrooms, kitchenette certainly does not support 10 people) - this is a studio apartment with 6 sofa beds (3 in each room) and does not have separate bed rooms etc. The only advantage is that the apartment is very close to Vatican (about a km or so). Expensive for the value and comfort the apartment offered.

Tres beau logement pour 10 personnes (2 appartements pouvant etre separes). A proximite  immediate du Vatican et de ses musees. Courses faciles avec superettes proches. Couchages confortables et pratiques. Accueil et depart tres sympathiques. Moustiques en ete. Un peu bruyant la journee. Permet de passer un bon sejour a Rome en famille. A essayer et recommander.
