We loved our stay ! The house is spacious and bright and exquisitely located near the Vendicari Tonnara and the beach — great view — where we jogged and swam. Fresh orange juice in the morning, straight from the orange tree in the garden were also a big plus. Lemons as well. We were a group of friends from all over the world gathering for my birthday and it worked splendidly: we cooked together, chatted endlessly. The house is well planned to allow everyone to be together or doing different activities. It’s located near Noto and Marzamemi and we also drove to Scicli, Etna, Taormina, Vittoria etc. And we did all this in November ! No tourists and plenty of sunshine. I’ll recommend it to my friends and I hope to go back one day :smiley: Grazie !

I was there to celebrate my birthday with friends from France, Denmark, Spain, Slovenia and Italy and it was perfect for such a get together. We cooked together and enjoyed the nice weather, we visited a couple of great wineries — Occhipinti !!!

This is a well-priced, well-managed, and cozy place to stay right in the heart of Trastevere. It is high up enough (fourth floor) to where street noise at night was never an issue. You also have access to a gorgeous terrace to hang laundry or sit and have a drink. Highly recommend!

As a fellow hostess, here is my honest and balanced review. The apartment is extremely spacious, which is rare in Rome. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are new and smell great, and most towels are also high quality. All appliances worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The hosts, Guglielmo and Iryna, were very kind and helpful. The apartment does need some maintenance: a couple of lights need replacing, the towel hanger should be fixed properly, and the space would benefit from some decluttering and better organisation, especially in the kitchen cabinets. That said, the location is absolutely unbeatable. I have been to Rome many times, but nothing compares: you can walk everywhere, return to the apartment to rest, and head out again in another direction. It truly feels like staying in the most central spot in the city, with the added charm of being in a historic building. Overall, a lovely stay.

Super logement ! Les terrasses sur les toits de Rome sont incroyables ! Les escaliers sont effectivement très étroits mais on fait la joie de nos enfants ! Un grand merci pour l’accueil de notre hôte avec tout ce dont on avait besoin pour un premier apéro et un premier petit déjeuner. Emplacement formidable !

What a great apartment in central Rome! Perfect for three single travelers. We were there for a conference and added in some tourism. Comfortably spacious, clean, and classy apartment. Perfectly located to walk anywhere in Rome. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! Ses (grands) avantages : - remarquablement central - très calme, malgré cette localisation centrale. Un vrai bonheur après la cohue de la ville ! - agréable terrasse - lits particulièrement confortables (du moins ceux de la chambre aux lits jumeaux sur lesquels j'étais) - volumes spacieux, en particulier pour l'agréable salon - beaucoup de charme Ses (petits) inconvénients : - une seule douche - pas de séparation pour la pièce du canapé lit par rapport au salon - une petite rénovation permettrait de rajeunir certains détails - des escaliers qui le rendent peu adapté aux personnes âgées (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) Le logement est tout à fait conforme à sa description et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ! Les hôtes étaient très réactifs et sympathiques !

We had a wonderful stay. Pascale was very welcoming when we arrived. Fantastic location and walking distance from all the sites. Very narrow spiral staircase up to the apartment, but this wasn’t a problem for us. If coming back to Rome we would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, with a ton going on, but somehow it’s still quiet inside. It was a very comfortable space, with a comfortable bed. The only small issue was that it would’ve been nice to have got a couple extra towels, and also a larger supply up toilet paper, as we had to buy some. Other than that, everything was perfect. It was nice to have access to the roof deck and a place to dry clothes.

The house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was spectacular, and everything was spotless when we arrived. There were plenty of great tips and activity guides already in the house, which was super helpful. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Appartement idéalement situé dans Rome, nous avons pu faire toutes nos visites et shopping à pied . L'appartement est top.Le parking Giula se trouve à proximité pour ceux qui ceux qui viennent en voiture.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Guillermo qui nous a apporté de très bon conseils pour notre sejour

Votre appartement est très bien situé et calme en ne donnant pas directement sur la rue.
Cependant, la photo est assez mensongère puisque qu’il n’est pas sur le côté gauche de la cour bien propre et entretenu. Votre façade est en bien moins bon état , il est très sombre et les fenêtres ferment mal. D’autres parts , il y a 2 problèmes majeurs. Dans la salle de bain la chasse d’eau des toilettes et excessivement bruyante et il n’y a pas beaucoup d’eau qui coule à la douche. Dans le séjour le canapé lit est très inconfortable et l’installation électrique est dangereuse au niveau des 4 prises. Quand nous avons voulu brancher un chargeur de téléphone sur la prise du bas, il y a eu des étincelles et tout a disjoncté !!!! Heureusement que nous avons pu remettre le disjoncteur !
Dernier point, nous sommes arrivés à 22h et Irina nous a fait payé 30€ au lieu des 20€ prévu jusqu’à 22h30 . Ce n’est pas grave, mais ce n’est pas très honnête non plus.
Tout ceci étant dit, nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Rome , mais je ne recommanderais pas votre appartement si vous n’arrangez pas les choses qui ne vont pas.

Guglielmo was a fantastic host, helped us with an issue involving the wifi despite being away, he definitely deserves 5 stars. Only issue we had was with the cleanliness of the Airbnb being below expectations. There were stains on some of the furniture and drapes, noticeable dust bunnies hanging from the radiators and the shower head had nothing to attach it to the wall meaning we had to hold it while showering.

Host was fantastic! Guglielmo was very friendly and recommended several restaurants as well as provided instructions where to deposits trash. Airbnb could use a thorough cleaning and some repairs however.

Thank you Aaron, you've been very nice guests, I'm sorry about those issues, we're working on it. This apartment has some issues and we may have to discontinue it if we keep getting bad reviews. About 80% of its guests are enthusiastic about its location and quietness, some keep coming back year on year. Others, like you, don't like it and I can't blame you. It's on the ground floor and kind of dark and humid. There is no solution to that unless you turn on the AC/dehumidifier or the heating. Also, the owner is a bit shabby and things like the shower (that we now fixed) get longer than expected to be fixed and some of the cleaning that the agency doesn't cover and the owner should do also take time. We'll be on it and if we don't succeed we'll just discontinue this apartment.

Very central location. Short walk to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, a taxi stand and lots of restaurants. Relatively quiet given it is close to a lot of busy areas. Several flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Responsive hosts. We were very comfortable with a group of 4.

Fantastic location in Rome! Great stay. Right around the corner from a taxi stand. Tons of restaurants nearby. Very walkable and easy to get around. Kitchen is well stocked and the grocery store is only a few blocks away. Would recommend to anyone considering staying here. Very very spacious apartment. Really nice to have so much space right in the city. If you are staying here I would suggest to pack in carry on size luggages/bags since it is challenging to bring heavier bags up 3 flights of stairs. If you arrive early msg the host as they may be able to accommodate bag storage/early check in. This was so helpful for us as we had come from a cruise.

We have only small feedback We had asked Iryna for how to arrange a large taxi to the airport but she had only suggested the taxi stand which is hard because we are too many bags for 1 taxi. We ended up using Cab Shuttle Taxi - Roma right behind you on the map and they were great. 80 euros. https://cabshuttletaxi.com/contatti/ You may consider having a partnership with them for referrals. This might seem funny but we don't have gates at the front of apartments in Canada and we did not realize till the last day that there was a button to open the gate. We were using the key. We only noticed when we saw someone press the button at the top of the stairs. Ask Iryna to show. You should talk to the neighbour about the dogs barking. I am afraid it will negatively affect your reviews. I did not mention it in the review but my dad and grandma were not happy about it. All the best!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wir wurden herzlich vor Ort begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern und es war super sauber. Die Umgebung ist perfekt, um ein paar Tage in Rom zu verbringen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen und das Viertel ist für mich das schönste in Rom. Wir sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß abgelaufen, es gibt aber auch Busse in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Exceptional location, secluded and quiet. The architecture of the house is exceptionally beautiful, with a large, bright living room with kitchen, a large terrace, and a pool. We were traveling with our dog, who was welcome and allowed walks in the surrounding area.
