OWNER'S TERM :
20% of the remaining balance needs to be paid one week after booking with NewYork Reference.

If the guest cancels within 45 days of travel he will lose 100% of the deposit.

Within 30 days the guest is responsible for 100 % off the rental price unless we are able to book the apartment with another client.
If we book the property at a lower price they will be charged only the difference.

Check in is anytime after 2:00 pm

Check out is 11:00 am

If the client is checking in after 7 pm he has 2 options for check in an additional $50 or Airport pickup for $75 from our driver. We have a 7 passenger Cadillac SUV to meet clients from any NYC airport clients.This service would cost $125 - $150 from any taxi service in NYC

We offer free pickup for 7 night or more stays in the larger apartments.
