Comfortable duplex apartment set in a villa in the heat of Tuscany near the town of Vicchio, where you will find shops and restaurants, 1 hour from Florence by train, 16 km away from golf course.
30m2 apartment set on the ground floor is composed of :

La casa verde

 The apartment can accomodate two people.
It comprises: kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower.
The apartment is equipped with oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

This romantic villa is situated in the green heart of Tuscany. Originally a 15th century signal tower, with additions from the 16th century onwards, it is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool (25m x 6.25m x 1.20m) and large parking.
In the Mugello, guests can explore the native towns of the Medici, Giotto and Beato Angelico, all of whom played a part in the Italian Renaissance.
All the apartments are well furnished and equipped with central heating for the winter season.

The family chapel (restored in the early 20th century) is dedicated to San Carlo Borromeo.
Animals are welcome.

A short walk away is Vicchio, with shopping facilities, and where you can take the train and get to Florence in less than an hour. The same distance away are sports facilities for tennis and riding. 16 km away, in the area of Scarperia, is the fine “Poggio dei Medici” Golf Course. At a similar distance Lake Bilancino also has attractions for the sporting guest, especially sailing. In Barberino there is also a very big Outlet called Barberino Design Outlet.

Shared Area
Inside and outside shared area like a big living room, the swimming pool, surrended area for a walk there is also a cycle path along the Sieve River from Vicchio to San Piero which crosses a part of Mugello
