APARTMENT PARIS - QUARTIER LATIN - Boulevard Saint-Germain - #196PARComfortable and sunny apartment set in the Latin Quarter, one of the most famous area for its cafés ( intellectual and cultural places after the second world war), shops and universities such as the Sorbonne and Institut d'études Politiques, within walking distance from Notre Dame. Near transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city.
70m2 apartment set on the 1st floor with elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa, armchair, coffee table, bookshelves, cupboards, fire place, table and chairs, kitchen corner, windows;
KITCHEN CORNER
Fully equipped with electric stove and microwave/oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cupboards and utensils;
2 BEDROOMS
#1- With double bed, bedside tables, ensuite bathroom, window
#2- With queen size bed, bedside tables, desk and chair, walk-in-closet.
2 BATHROOMS
#1- Ensuite in the bedroom with shower, sink
#2- With bathtub/shower, sink. Separate wc.
Independent heating, dishwasher, washing machine, view, elevator.
Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
In an 18th century building (with elevator) giving onto the majestic Boulevard Saint Germain, a short walk from Notre Dame, Pantheon, Ile Saint Louis, Ile de la Cité, Marais and Bastille, this beautiful, sunlit, 2-bedroom apartment will definitely be a highlight of your stay.A first bedroom which an ensuite bathroom, a second main bedroom, more spacious and comfortable, the living room decorated by an in-house architect and furnished with a dining table and 2 sofas and chairs.
The main bathroom is equipped with a combo showertub and has a window.
The toilet is separated for more privacy.
The small kitchen gives onto the living room: it includes a refrigerator, a stove, a washing machine and a combined microwave/traditional oven.
This is an ideal location for visiting Paris and to relax in a very luxury pied a terre... The building is more like a hotel lobby, very smart with lift... no flaws.
TV / DVD player, no internet, no phone.
Many wardrobes in the apartment: in the entrance, in the kitchen and close to the toilet.

Very nice, big and cozy apartment. It is well located, close to everything, have a good surrounding: a lot of restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops and grocery shop.

execellent place and position everything you need is only minutes away.

We have had a very nice stay in Paris. The apartment was great for our needs.
The location is very good, and very close to the Metro 10 line.
Dishwasher and washing machine -- very convenient. The living room area is probably larger than it appears in the photo, and it receives a lot of natural light.
The apartment faces Blvd St Germain, which can be a bit noisy with traffic. The sound insulation in the apartment is excellent, but if you want to leave the windows open, it will be quite loud. Fortunately, the apartment stays cool even with the windows closed. (It got close to 90 degrees during our stay.)
There is currently (end of July 2012) neither internet nor TV available in the apartment.
One of the bedrooms is carpeted and the door is difficult to open/close because it rubs against the carpet.
Overall this is a comfortable and spacious apartment. Thank you!
