APARTMENT NEW YORK- BROOKLYN-Park Place- 101NYLocated in a brownstone in one of the most popular area of Brooklyn, bordering the area of Park Slope and few block away from Prospect Park (made by the same designers of Central Park) and subway (5 min walk from the apartment). The area is full of restaurants. Close by Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical garden, and easy to access to Manhattan with the express train that will bring you to Wall street in 15 min.
This charming 850sq.ft basment apartment set on the ground floor (4 steps down) and it's composed of:
LIVING ROOM
With fold out futon ( 2 persons), armchair, coffee table, cable TV,DVD /CD player breakfast nook with small table and chairs, closets, reading nook, ktichen corner;
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room, with bar and stools, fully equiped with fridge, freezer, microwave, gas stove and oven, coffee machine, Kettle, cupboards;
2 BEDROOMS
#1- with double bed, chest of drawers, lamp;
#2- with double bed
BATHROOM
With Marrocan style tiling, jacuzzi bathtub and shower fix, sink, wc, hair dryer, shelves ;
Central heating, AC, microwave, WiFi, hair dryer, Iron & ironing board, cable TV,DVD /CD player, baby cot available on request.
Laundromat 1 block away and Supermarket 2 blocks away.
PLEASE NOTE :
Pets not allowed, smoking not allowed; in the same buliding as #101NYb
Check in is 11:30am and check out is 3:30pm.
$500 refundable security deposit is requested

Eine unvergessliche Zeit in diesem schönen liebevoll eingerichteten Appartement mit guten Verbindungen in Manhatten. Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Wir würden gerne nocheinmal dort übernachten wenn wir wieder nach NY wollen.

This place is so cute. And so comfortable. Loved the banana bread, coffee and juice left for us. Overall, the place was magnificent! Love the coffee shop two blocks up and the organic grocery store. Slept so good every night and the upgrades really make you feel like you are at home. So clean. Really lovely! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Hi Krista,
I wanted to THANK YOU for everything and for staying up so late for our arrival on December 27th 2011. Also, I want to thank you for the Banana Bread, Coffee, Tea, OJ, Milk, Apples and the wonderful hospitality that you showed us. There were 5 of us that stayed at your basement apartment and not once did we run out of hot water for showers and such. This is a perfect place to stay outside of Manhattan if you're looking for peace and quiet. The subway station is about 3 blocks away and a 5 minute walk. We had a great time and highly recommend Krista's basement apartment for your New York stay.

Staying here more than lived up to any expectations we had, so much so that we've stayed here twice. Krista was always quick to get back to me, from the very first communication with her. The apartment is just as described and seemed far more spacious in person. Just about everything one would need is seen to.
There are several great places to eat in the neighborhood (many found in the binder left for guests) and the train into the city is about a block away (in all actuality it's less than a city block). Everybody we encountered in the neighborhood was pleasant and we felt safe even coming back in the wee hours of the morning.
I wouldn't think twice about recommending this property to another. No question, I'll be staying here again on my next visit. Oh, the banana bread mentioned in other posts, delicious!
