This place is wonderful. First, Trastevere is a great neighborhood. The apartment is in a quiet area but close to good coffee shops and restuarants…and there are lots of them. The apartment is just about perfect…and we are airbnb hosts and stay at alot of properties. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is nice, the kitchen has everything you need, and the decor is tasteful…and you are in an old charming building with all new amenities. I highly recommend and we will come back if we come to Rome again.

The only things i would suggest is to have some ice trays and a blanket to use while sitting on the couch! Seriously, we loved you place and will come back when we come to Rome again. Grazie mille!

Uns hat die Lage und der Schnitt der Wohnung sehr gefallen allerdings war einiges defekt oder nicht vorhanden es wurde dann aber umgehend für Ersatz gesagt wenn auch nicht für einen qualitativ guten Ersatz

uns hat die Lage und der Schnitt der Wohnung sehr gefallen allerdings sind die Küchenutensilien zum Teil sehr schäbig und alles lag zusammengewürfelt in einer Schublade und war verschmutzt. ein liebevoller Umgang mit dieser Wohnung wäre schön. die Kommunikation war sehr gut und wir würden die Wohnung wieder wählen

This is a warm and wonderful apartment in a great less touristy part of Trastevere but convienent to everything. The apartment is a lovely size has everything you . Sofa bed and full size bed are very comfortable . Iryna's greeted us at the flat and gave us a complete orientation to the apartment and neighborhood. Outstanding customer service!! Love to return!

It would be great if you had some softer pillows for people like me who need flatter pillows and an extra blanket or duvet for cooler evenings. I loved everything at your place!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guglielmo (une petite semaine). L’appartement est idéalement situé et permet de tout faire à pied! Bien qu’en centre-ville, l’appartement est très calme et la vue sur les toits très charmante ! L’ascenseur a été très apprécié après des journées de marche sur les pavés !!! Guglielmo a été très réactif lors de nos échanges ! Les + sont la consigne quasiment au pied de l’immeuble, ce qui permet de profiter de la dernière journée sans valise, et la café Barnum également au pied de l’immeuble qui propose des viennoiseries dignes de la France !


Merci encore Guglielmo ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner dans votre appartement ! Les petits plus que l’on pourrait proposer (si possible!) : - améliorer le débit de la douche - mettre des taies d’oreiller (la seconde paire) ainsi qu’une housse de couette. Nous avions bien un drap housse et un drap! - aspirer les ventilations poussiéreuses À bientôt Chloé

A great stay right near the Pantheon. As the listing and others mentioned, it’s on the 4 (or 5th?) floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind. 10/10 would stay again.

Gugielmo's place was great. You could not ask for a better location. It is close to everything, you would want in Rome. Bust stop, attractions, supermarket and restaurants. The place is cute and very quiet. The neighour's are very quiet. I really like the place and going to rent it, again next year. Kitchen has most of everything you would want..there is an iron, a drying stand and the heater works great. The negative is..the shower is tiny and the bathroom. (This was not a problem for me). The washing machine had little issues, but I learnt how to work around it. Gugliemo is a great host and communicates immediately and very helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous place! High ceilings, so spacious, thoughtfully and comprehensively furnished and such character mamma mia! I wish this was my apartment forever. And the location is utter perfection. You’re in the heart of Trastevere after a five minute walk. Guglielmo and Iryna were friendly, flexible and responsive. Stunning

Guglielmo was responsive and accommodating when I had a problem with the lock. Showed up immediately on a Friday night to fix it. The apartment is a charming one bedroom with pull out couch. The IKEA bed could do with an update. Easy place to cook, study and relax. While it's in the middle of Trastevere, once you're inside and in the garden, it's peaceful and feels like home. A month wasn't long enough! Looking forward to returning!

We had a great stay in Rome. The apartment is great, lots of room and very comfortable and charming. The location, right near the Piazza Navone, is fantastic, and we found great places nearby both for coffee in the morning and delicious sandwiches for the days we were on the run. We could walk everywhere in Rome from this apartment. The location can't be beat. Guglielmo was very reachable and accessible during our stay. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review on all aspects was because we had some plumbing issues during our stay that were difficult. However, Guglielmo was easy to reach and had a plumber sent to the apartment twice during our stay and he was extremely apologetic about the situation, which was related to a recent bathroom renovation. He was very accommodating in making things right in the end. Overall, this is a great apartment, great location and Guglielmo is a great host.

Our only feedback is to be sure the bathrooms are fully working for any future guests. Otherwise the apartment is great. Thanks for all that you did to make up for the challenging situation. We appreciate your good communication and efforts. Ciao, Cynthia

Très bel appartement, spacieux et calme malgré sa situation hyper centrale. Idéalement situé pour visiter cette belle ville de Rome, les principaux bâtiments historiques sont tous accessibles à pied et les restaurants et commerces sont très proches aussi. Gugliemo est attentionné et réactif.

Amazing stay! Be prepared for a tight spiral staircase, but home and host were so lovely. Apartment is in an amazing area and I would happily stay here again!

Por el precio que pide esperaba que: 1. estuviese limpio (muchísima suciedad y objetos olvidados debajo de las camas) 2. que me proporcione suficiente papel higiénico para la estadía (me respondieron que no les correspondía darme más) 3. que diera detergente para la lavadora de ropa 4. que la cama del living fuera una cama y no un rejunte de 3 sillones (se sentían las uniones) 5. que el baño no tuviera olor a cloaca 6. que tenga microondas, tan útil para alquileres temporales 7. que los utensilios y electrodomésticos funcionen y estén bien (a la sarten le faltaba el mango y el secador de pelo tenía el enchufe doblado y no se podía usar) 8. que la mesa y las sillas sean acordes entre sí, la mesa es muy chica y las sillas tan grandes que no entran y es incómodo A favor: 1. nos dejaron ingresar antes e irnos más tarde 2. la ubicación es buena (aunque algo ruidosa a la noche, el doble vidrio ayuda pero la carpintería de madera no) 3. la comunicación fue buena

We had a great stay in the flat. The stairs in the flat and also to the terrace are admittedly very narrow, but you are rewarded with a marvellous view. There are many restaurants just around the corner and despite the central location it is quiet. The only thing that would be nice is a new kettle.

주방과 욕실의 수압이 낮아 물의 사용시 어려움이 있으며 샤워시 차가운물로 샤워를 감내해야했고 그덕에 감기에 걸리기까지했으며 밤에는 실내가 약간 추웠슴 또한 주방 사용이 용이치않고 전반적으로 숙박의 질이 많이 떨어짐.

Fantastic apartment in Roma. We spent five days with our 3 children visiting the city. The location is perfect, everything is at walking distance. Guglielmo is a very nice host and made everything to make our stay great, thanks again.

 We had an amazing stay at this charming, small apartment in Rome! The location was unbeatable — we could walk to all the main attractions and even discovered some hidden gems nearby. The apartment itself was immaculate, filled with sunlight during the day, and provided a perfect, cozy retreat after a day of exploring. And (as someone sensitive to smells) I was pleased to find it had a fresh, welcoming scent from the moment we arrived. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not only was he incredibly responsive to our questions, but he also gave us a local's tour of nearby restaurants and gelato spots, making our experience even more authentic. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome who wants a blend of convenience, comfort, and a touch of local flavor!

The apartment is well located, roomy and ideal for a couple.  We found it well appointed and met all of our needs.  Everything worked very well from the elevator through to the washing machine.  The building is secure and in a safe and busy area.  We have stayed here before and hope to stay again.  We were met by Iryna as arranged and provided with all the information we needed and her contact details just in case.  We had a great stay and only wished it had been longer.

This place is great due to location- otherwise it is just a place to stay. It received 3 stars because the bathroom smelled bad a lot of the time (sewage smell from pipes under sink) and it wasn’t ready when we arrived (someone was in there cleaning it, even though we arrived after check in time. The floors were very dirty when cleaner left). The AC also put out stinky air. In addition, the listing claims to have a washer and dryer but it only has a washer (no dryer), and Americans should note that in Europe the ground level is floor 0, so to reach the apartment you have to climb steep stairs to the 4th floor (listing says 3 floor). The apartment was in a great location, on a nice small cobblestone street with many delicious restaurants nearby. Easy access to various parts of the city by train or bus. It can get a little noisy on the street late at night but that was ok. It was adequately stocked with all necessities and had good wifi. Other than the floor, the apartment felt clean.

Great stay at the Pantheon's apartment. Big, great location, very quiet at night, lovely rooftop terrace. Very welcoming, responsive and professional hosts. Kids loved the place - it was exactly what we were looking for. Keeping our luggage for a few hours past check-out time was really helpful for us too. Thank you for everything!


Just remembered, the toilet got fixed while we were there (quickly and these things happen to us all) but after the fix, it still felt wobbly to sit on.

어딜 도보로 이동이 가능하고 안전한 편입니다. 1층 레스토랑에서 피아노 선율이 나와서 좋았습니다~ 화장실 위생상태가 그닥 좋지는 않았지만 대체적으로 만족스러웠습니다!

욕조 배수상태가 좋지 않아 샤워시 매우 신경쓰였습니다~ 화장실 냄새도 좋지 않았구요.. 그 점만 개선이 된다면 훌륭할 것 같습니다!
