Gignese is a popular holiday resort located 700 meters above sea level, located halfway between Stresa and Mount Mottarone (1.492ml / m) and the Road of the Two Rivers, which connects Lake Maggiore (10 minutes by car ) with lake Orta (15 minutes by car).
The area is very popular among golfers for the presence of the "Golf Club Alpino di Stresa".
The Residence is located in the residential area of Gignese and is newly built, has a beautiful view of the lake and consists of 12 apartments with two swimming pools and a fitness area.
The accommodation Armony 1 is a studio of 40 sqm with beautiful view of the lake Maggiore on the first floor. Consist of: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two persons, bathroom with shower and terrace of 25 sqm.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 persons:
- 2 people in the living room on the sofa bed
Equipment: electric cooker 2 burners, microwave, TV, washing machine, covered terrace with garden furniture, covered parking and reserved, basement shelter for bicycles.
For shared use: swimming pool and fitness area with sauna.
