Apartment with a total capacity up to 9 guests/groups of families. Not allowed groups  less than 25 years old. If you break any rule will be taken the whole amount of 200Euros of your deposit to compensate the neighbours

It has 3 double bedrooms; with 7 beds including the sofa beds :
-1st bedroom: with 1 double bed ( size 160cm x 200cm) + 1 single sofa bed ( size 90x200cm) (for 3 people)
-2nd bedroom: with 1 double bed ( size 150cm x200cm)
-3rd bedroom: with 2 single beds 90x200cm 

  Right in the city centre only 7-10 minutes from Las Ramblas, so walking distance to all the major attractions, Gothic quarter and the Port but in a nice quiet street so you can sleep at night.

This apartment rentals is very well situated in a quiet street, but still in the very centre of the city. All the major sights are within walking distance, Las Ramblas, the Port, the Gothic Quarter, Cathedral, Aquarium, main shopping areas are all just a 7/8 minutes walk away. Just a few blocks away is the oldest church in Barcelona, and other historic sights, such as the Roman walls.


Very well communicated with public transport - 3 metro stations very close to the apartment taking you to visit the famous architecture of Gaudi in the city in just a few metro stops. There is also a bus stop very close to the apartment where various lines take you straight to the city's beaches!


The area itself has many local shops and supermarkets to buy everything you need for your stay. We can also help arrange any kind of activities, book restaurants which we will reccomend to you, arrange taxi transfers, plan parties, etc!

Arrivals From 21.00h until 22:00h the charge is 30 Euros. From 22:01 to the charge will be 50 Euros).

There is a 200€ for returnable deposit to be pay in cash when you arrive to get the keys.

Important  for group of friends : 

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Forbidden to go out on the balcony (interior of the building) after 22h until 8 am. There are neighbours who are disturbed by the noise (not everybody is on holidays) and they will call the police to fine you.


Important: A deposit of 200€ is needed on arrival with a credit card and will be returned at the end of the stay, once the apartment has been inspected.



Once a booking has been accepted and confirmed, if the stay needs to be shortened, the price will not drop and will stay the same as the original booking. 

 
As a client, you are expected to respect the rules of out apartments that pertain to the apartment itself and the community it belongs to. The apartment is not to be used as a party space (as we could lose the licence to rent the apartment), but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc.   


Note for group of Friends: Parties  are not allowed.  It is very important that clients have good behavior and are respectful with the rules and the neighbours as we could lose the licence to rent the apartment. Living in an apartment is not the same as living in a house. 
 
In Barcelona there are quiet hours for all the neighbours: -Please no loud noises from 10 pm to 8 am (music, shouting, tv, etc) This is a rule for all the neighbours in Barcelona. 


 The returnable deposit of 200€ will not be returned if you break any of these rules:
-Smoke in the apartment 
-Damage to the apartment’s furniture or facilities
-Lodging more people than mentioned in this contract
-Lost of keys.
NOTE FOR GROUP OF YOUNG GUESTS:    if you make parties and loud music we could lose the licence to rent the apartment

 The returnable deposit of 200€ will not be returned if you break any of these rules.

Also important: the day of the check in is maximum 23.30h

Check in time is from 2:00 pm (but we will try to accomodate).
 Check out max. 10am. 
 

The day of the check in: Late arrival fees: From 21.00h until 22:00h the charge is 30 Euros. From 22:00 to 23.30h, the charge will be 50 Euros.
 

Please note:  FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR,  check ins are  not permitted on the  25th December 31st December and 1st January.Please avoid arrive these dates.



Please do not leave the air conditioning turned on 24/7, these appliances can overheat. If an appliance stops working for this motive, it will not be possible to repair immediately and we will not be held responsible for any delay in finding a replacement.
Any damage to the apartment caused by the client (walls, furniture, utensils, electronic goods, loss of keys etc.), if you make a party or disturb the neighbours shouting, will be discounted from the damage deposit of 200 Euros.(BCN-RENTALS)Thank you for your understanding.
