1min. walk from the underground, behind the corner from Santa Maria Maggiore church and Coliseum, in one of Rome's oldest neighborhoods;
40sq.mts. charming and quiet apartment set on the first floor without elevator (about 20 steps) and consists of:
LIVING ROOM/BEDROOM
with double bed, small bedside table, table and 2 chairs, tv, air conditioning, wooden ceiling, kitchen corner and window on inner courtyard;
BATHROOM
with shower, wc/bidet, electric water heater;
KITCHEN CORNER
with electric stove, sink, refrigerator.
Independent electric heating, quiet, tv, no phone, a/c, no elevator, animals not permitted. Monthly possible.

It is located on the first floor, without lift, of a XVII century building.
Urbana street is inside the Monti district that in the past was called the “Suburra”.
The apartment consists of one room but it is divided in two parts. It has air conditioned and cooking corner made of travertine marble.
The sleeping area has a double queen size bed and beside it there is a single bed.
The bathroom has a shower.
The location of the apartment is exceptional as you are very close to all the classic sights of Rome. The Colosseum and Fori Imperiali are no more than an easy five minute walk.
Cavour Metro Station is just 100 meters far from the flat.

We had a great time staying at the flat. Alessandro was waiting for us when we arrived. He recommended a great restaurant. Flat is very clean and located in a good area. The area was very safe for walking around at night. We were within walking distance of everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Alessandro was very gracious and a warm host. You felt very comfortable staying in his very clean, modern studio apt that was conveniently located to shops, restaurants , the Colosseum and more! Alessandro's apartment in Rome is perfect in every way possible! Fantastic location in a funky up and coming area, which is just far enough away from all the major tourist attractions to make your Roman experience feel that little bit more 'real' and amongst locals going about their everyday lives. The apartment is spotlessly clean and all that anyone would need for a short stay in Rome. Alessandro was a delight to deal with and always only an email or text message away. My daughters and I stayed in this very cute tiny apartment for 3 nights. It proved to be an amazing experience. Located in the Monti district very close to Ancient Rome!! Great cafes along the road.

Très bon appartement bien situé confortable lumineux. Mais pour la douche peu de débit et la température de l' eau change meme une fois réglée elle peut passer de très chaud à très froid. De plus pensez à indiquer le numéro de l'appartement...

We really enjoyed staying here for 4 days! The flat is small but is enough for 2 people. It is very clean and there was all we needed to cook. His situation is really pratical! Metro is just at 2 minutes, Colisseo at 5 and there is a good "Caffe" just down the street Urbana (near the metro station) to take cappuccino, caffe latte and hot chocolate...
Alessandro was truly nice and waited for us even if we arrived late. I highly recommend this apartment!

My husband & I stayed in this little apartment in June at the start of our Italian journey. We arrived a little late, jet-lagged and hungry, to find Alessandro waiting for us even though we were a little late as we got lost getting to the apartment.. While the apartment is small, it is very nice and comfortable for two people. We enjoyed going back there in the middle of the very hot days to relax for a few hours before going out again. We did walk most places, although we used the hop-on-hop-off tour buses for transportation a number of times. There are a number of good restaurants very close to the flat (Try Cafe Urbana down the street.), and if you like gelato, you'll be in the middle of several good places. As an FYI. . . .There is a small convenience store down the street, and you can get a good price on water and soft drinks. Grazie mille, Ale. We enjoyed staying in your lovely flat.

Seriedad en el contacto, y la hora de recibirnos a nuestra llegada. Apartamento muy acogedor, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. Es pequeño, pero más que suficiente para estancias cortas en Roma. La única pega de nuestra estancia, la incomodidad del colchón.
