Only few minutes walk to the Colosseum, 1 min walk from the underground and trams, behind the corner from Santa Maria Maggiore church, close to termini station in 2 tramway stops, close to shops cafés and restaurants;
This apartment of 85 sq.mts located on the first floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With 3 seater sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet with 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, small stereo, a table for 6 with 4 chairs, large mirror, cupboards with dishes and glasses, Persian carpet, 2 large windows, AC ;
KITCHEN
With with refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, microwave, gaz stove, sink, dishwasher, cupboards, kitchen utensils, cutlery, coffee machien kettle, juicer, table with 4 chairs, ventilation system, cupboards with products for cooking and cleaning, ironing board and iron, cleaning supplies, window ,
HALL
With french windows opening onto a terrace with a railing and curtains, linen cabinet.
2 BEDROOMS
#1- With queen size bed( 1.90 length), bedside tables, wardrobe with 4 doors, 2 seats, carpets rugs, large window with curtains.
#2- With 2 twin beds ( can be united to form a double bed), wardrobe, bedside tables, 2 small rugs, window with curtains,

With massage shower, WC and bidet, towel heater, sink with cabinet bathroom, laundry machine, linen cabinet for bathroom, a large window overlooking the terrace;
TERRACE
Inner terrace, large, no view.
Independent heating, TV, CD & DVD player Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, AC ( in living room), terrace, WiFi, no elevator
PLEASE NOTE : From Dec.27th to Jan 6th the mnimum stay is of 5 nights.
There is a tax of 3,5 euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years

The apartment is nice, clean and is located in a very nice location within 5 minutes the subway a few stops you can get to all the sights. Colosseum and the Roman Forum are a 10 -15 min walk from the apartment. We had a great time.

Freundliche und unkomplizierte Wohnungsübergabe, sehr sauberer Zustand, Super Wohnung in zentraler Lage, wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Rom, es fehlte uns an nichts und wir würden bei einem erneuten Rombesuch auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Können wir nur empfehlen!!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment. It felt safe and was quiet and comfortable at night. The location was easy to navigate and convenient to walk the city and see the sites. The only reason I did not give it an excellent rating is because the towels need to be replaced and the shower was often cold and hard to predict if you would have a hot shower as it would change during your shower and the shower did not drain well. The beds were comfortable and clean and Kitchen was nice!

The apartment was everything it was listed as. The location was great - really close to the train station. One bedroom is directly above the dumpsters - 1 is emptied every night, the others every morning.

I truly enjoyed staying at the apartment. I felt like I was living in Rome. I would highly recommend staying here if coming to Rome. It looks exactly like the pictures and was in a very enjoyable area that was close to all attractions. I would definitely stay here again if going to Rome.
