This cozy, just renovated apartment (2+1, 94 m2) is situated in the center of Prague between 2 main Prague squares: Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti) – 3 min walk, and Old Town Square – 3 min walk. You will enjoy this location, it couldn’t be better!!!

APARTMENT
It’s new, modern and well equipped apartment, is situated on the second floor in the historical building with elevator. This apartment consists of:
* a drawing room
* 1 bedroom for 4 people with double bed, mezzanine bed, wardrobe
*1 living room for 2 people, with pull out sofa for 2 people, dinner table, TV with local channels
* separate kitchen with all necessary equipment as a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, cooker, crockery and so on. Also, on top of the kitchen area there is a mezzanine bed, where can sleep 2 people.
* a bathroom with washing machine, shower unit, bath
*a separate toilet.
This apartment is very comfortable for group of 8 people, friends or family.

LOCATION
The place is very close (up to 5 min by walk, but to be honest its 3 min) to Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti), Old Town Square (Staromestske Namesti) – 3 min walk, Main Train Station (up to 15 min walk), Charles Bridge (Karlov Most) up to15 min walk and the pub-microbrewery-restaurant V Cipu (one of the most famous in Prague) where you will get discount from our company. It is not necessary to use public tranport. You can get everywhere by walk. There is Costa coffe 1 minute walk, nice market next to the apartment, where you can buy fresh fruits, sweets and some souvenirs from Prague, ATM is on the corner. This apartment is conveniently located in the crossroad of public transportation - 2 minutes walk to the nearest subway station (Mustek), and 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop.

ARRIVAL
It takes 30 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment by taxi. We can organize you a transfer from the airport for 25 Euros for the car (4 persons) or for 35 Euro (5-7 people). .

PARKING
Parking is not included in price, unfortunately. The nearest garage is located in one quarter from Charles Square (Karlovo Namesti), the Wenceslas parking(Vatslavsky Garage) is a safe and convenient parking in the New Town of Prague, costs 50 CZK/hour and 500 CZK per one day. But no worries about parking, when you will arrive we will explain you all details about parking and show you where you can park your car, for less price.

- Please respect neighborhood: don't make to much noise during the night (fine for noise after 22:00 is 100 euro).
