APARTMENT PARIS - QUARTIER LATIN - Boulevard Saint-Germain - #196PAR
Comfortable and sunny apartment set in the Latin Quarter, one of the most famous area for its cafés ( intellectual and cultural places after the second world war), shops and universities such as the Sorbonne and Institut d'études Politiques, within walking distance from Notre Dame. Near transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city.
70m2 apartment set on the 1st floor with elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa, armchair, coffee table, bookshelves, cupboards, fire place, table and chairs, kitchen corner, windows;
KITCHEN CORNER
Fully equipped with electric stove and microwave/oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cupboards and utensils;
2 BEDROOMS
#1- With double bed, bedside tables, ensuite bathroom, window
#2- With queen size bed, bedside tables, desk and chair, walk-in-closet.
2 BATHROOMS
#1- Ensuite in the bedroom with shower, sink
#2- With bathtub/shower, sink. Separate wc.
Independent heating, dishwasher, washing machine, view, elevator.
PLEASE NOTE : There will be some restructuration of the building starting September 4th for 2 months.

In an 18th century building (with elevator) giving onto the majestic Boulevard Saint Germain, a short walk from Notre Dame, Pantheon, Ile Saint Louis, Ile de la Cité, Marais and Bastille, this beautiful, sunlit, 2-bedroom apartment will definitely be a highlight of your stay.
A first bedroom which an ensuite bathroom, a second main bedroom, more spacious and comfortable, the living room decorated by an in-house architect and furnished with a dining table and 2 sofas and chairs.
The main bathroom is equipped with a combo showertub and has a window.
The toilet is separated for more privacy.
The small kitchen gives onto the living room: it includes a refrigerator, a stove, a washing machine and a combined microwave/traditional oven.
This is an ideal location for visiting Paris and to relax in a very luxury pied a terre... The building is more like a hotel lobby, very smart with lift... no flaws.
TV / DVD player, no internet, no phone.
Many wardrobes in the apartment: in the entrance, in the kitchen and close to the toilet.

Nous tenons à vous faire part de notre satisfaction relative aux services offerts par l'appartement situé au 35 boulevard St-Germain à Paris. L'Appartement est situé dans un quartier sécuritaire et parmi un très bon nombre de restos, épiceries, marchés..Nous avions un excellent choix à l'intérieur de 5 minutes de marche. Les 2 chambres séparées ainsi que leur salle de bain furent un atout important. Nous recommandons hautement cet Apt. Nous avons été comblées et notre voyage mère-fille demeurera inoubliable.

My wife and I, daughter and grandaughter, just returned from Paris and the apartment was excellent, well situated, spacious, with 2 bedrooms,shower room and bathroom and good security. Would recommend to anyone in the future.

Location in Paris is excellent and bedrooms quiet for sleeping if windows closed. Comfortable apartment size for 4 adults. Owner extremely helpful. Bathrooms small and dated. Could have used more towels and new shower curtain. Some lightbulbs burned out. Very good for our purposes -- to have a base of operations in the center of the city. Lots of restaurants in the area as well as Metro and taxis. Pharmacy and grocery within a block.

Excellent location with outdoor markets & everything one could need within walking distance. Old building with lots of character. Large windows provided great view of busy street & were excellent at blocking the city noises! Apartment was fairly clean but had room for improvement. Thick dust on upper bathroom moldings, old used soaps in shower, old shower curtain. There is only one toilet but two seperate shower rooms. This was a slight surprise but not too much of an inconvenience even with 4 adults. Small but practical & functional kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the location!

Very nice, big and cozy apartment. It is well located, close to everything, have a good surrounding: a lot of restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops and grocery shop.

We have had a very nice stay in Paris. The apartment was great for our needs.
The location is very good, and very close to the Metro 10 line.
Dishwasher and washing machine -- very convenient. The living room area is probably larger than it appears in the photo, and it receives a lot of natural light.
The apartment faces Blvd St Germain, which can be a bit noisy with traffic. The sound insulation in the apartment is excellent, but if you want to leave the windows open, it will be quite loud. Fortunately, the apartment stays cool even with the windows closed. (It got close to 90 degrees during our stay.)
There is currently (end of July 2012) neither internet nor TV available in the apartment.
One of the bedrooms is carpeted and the door is difficult to open/close because it rubs against the carpet.
Overall this is a comfortable and spacious apartment. Thank you!
